We arrived late but that was no problem for Sam. The recently refurbished rooms are cosy warm and good tv and shower, what more would you want. Would stay there again.

There was no cold water in the shower and fridge leaked. A code was sent to who knows how to enter the room with code and room number but because I booked through wotif I didn’t get it so had to enter reception which was locked. Gentleman opened the door and wrote information on a wripped off peice of paper. Outside lights came on very late so difficulty seeing room number and needed phone light to see pin pad when we arrived at 6.30

THE TV didnt work. THE shower DIDNT WORK. Not good enough. Plus i learned that this room cost 131 direct, and EXPEDIA charged me 169 Disgusting

Room was met with a stale odour, appeared clean but bits pink mould on shower tiles, mould on the windows and very dirty behind the curtains. My children's feet were dirty from the floors. Would not recommend
