The pool side deluxe two bedroom apartment was a let down it was run down one small air conditioning and the pool side apartment was not pool side at all lights not working toliet roll holder falling off. The pool was small and green

Good location, very close to the waterfront. Secure parking was great. Spacious apartment. Very noisy neighbors who were up late at night & early in the morning. Did not get much sleep as a result! Pool is also very small, and we could not see the pool from our ‘pool view’ room.

Building and rooms very dated and in need of a good clean. Pool was filthy and needs attention. Apartments have everything you need and 2 bedroom was a great size. Fantastic location and nice view. Free parking is a bonus.

The property was ok. I loved the location and how the shops and restaurants are walking distance. However the property needs to be updated. The pool area and the courtyard area is a wasted space. The pool needs to be updated and made bigger with the amount of apartments at the property.

The pool was very dirty even asked the caretaker his reply was he hasn't had time to chlorinate the pool. No shelter around pool area.

Reception staff was very helpful and our room has a large balcony, full kitchen with a full size fridge. Also the property provided security parking.

The room was very spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen including a stove and fridge. The balcony had a lovely sea view. The air conditioning and bathroom facilities were average but still fine. Considering the price, it was great value. The staff were friendly, and there was free, secure indoor parking. The beach and playground were just downstairs, with lots of small restaurants nearby. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and definitely a good choice for a relaxing trip.

There were blood stains on the carpet of one of my bedrooms, the room and that of my friends two doors down had a musk, there was no air conditioning remote, and once we did get it on, it was ineffective. The girl at the front desk was lovely and good at her job.

Great location and good size. Could of been a bit cleaner. Walls and cupboards dirty and a used bandaid under table.

Easy to book and good comms from the reception desk. But the property itself is run down and very dirty. Damaged tables and chairs, marks and holes in walls, layer of dust on many surfaces. And we had booked for 4 people but had to make the fold out couch ourselves. Not worth it for the price paid. It was a busy weekend and we booked last minute, but we couldn’t recommend it and won’t be back again.

Great location and friendly staff, but rooms need improvement I recently stayed here with my toddler and there were definitely some good points, but also areas that need attention. Pros: Free, secure parking was a big plus and made check-in much easier. The location is excellent — close to restaurants, kids’ playgrounds, the water park, ice-creamery and lovely waterfront spots for an evening stroll. Staff were very friendly and professional throughout our stay, which I genuinely appreciated. Cons: The room had a noticeable damp smell, most likely coming from the carpet. Carpets, cupboards, the couch and dining chairs were all quite run-down and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom cupboard was loose, and there were hairs on the couch and carpet on arrival, which was disappointing. There was an overpowering smell of cleaning products at check-in. Our key fob malfunctioned a few times, possibly due to a low battery. The room was very far from the elevator, which made it more difficult when travelling with a toddler. Overall, while the location and staff were great, the room condition and cleanliness definitely need improvement for a more comfortable and pleasant stay.

Location is very good. Park the car and walk. Staff are lovely and good communication. We received a complimentary upgrade which was much appreciated. Beds were comfortable. Free secure parking was a bonus. A bit more attention could be given to cleaning - eg fans had a lot of dust on them. Overall a great place to stay in a handy location.

Our bathroom was problematic. Very moldy in the grout of shower, floor and door jam. No extractor fan is a problem with the steam from the shower making it annoying for multiple users. The shower head itself needed repairs and sprayed water everywhere. The bathroom fixtures are corroded and need replacing. The dryer and washing machine were old and rusted. No bed head, made for awkward pillow placement. The hotel itself is pretty run down and unclean in the communal areas, carpet is fraying in the hallways and the lifts always had rubbish in them. The location is great for kids. But it is very noisy. I expected more for the price per room. Would not stay here again.

There was hair in the lounge when we pulled it out for a bed for one of our kids. It was very filthy. There was did food stuck to the shower blanket.

The location was very handy. The room furniture was well presented. However the bathroom was a massive letdown. The exhaust fan does not work and there is black mold in the wall behind the toilet.

The good: * Location. It's close to takeaway shops, restaurants, the promenade and a pub. It's also only a 10-15 minute walk to the closest supermarket, the beach, and the ocean pools. Unbeatable location. * Secure parking. Parking on level 3 of the building is for Nesuto guests and residents only, and is accessible only with the key fob from reception. * Comfortable. Because the building is split between hotel guests and residents, there's a homey comfort thing happening. * Wi-Fi. The nerd in me ran a speed test while I was there, and it's good enough to stream shows etc. However: * The bathroom of the apartment I stayed in (413) had no active ventilation fan in the bathroom. The bathroom does get foggy, and the floor does get wet. Along with the lack of ventilation comes mould, and it was possible to see traces of mould around the bathroom. * The air con doesn't work to cool the bedroom, which meant that I had to sleep with the door open to the outside world. This wasn't a problem, but using the pedestal fan (provided in the wardrobes) to provide a breeze was. The pedestal fans in both bedrooms were dusty, and one was broken. I had to clean them before they could be used. Overall, it's a place that screams "good enough" to stay in. It's not a five star hotel, and it's not a dingy rent by the hour motel. It's a little old, and could use some paint, but if you're spending your time exploring the beach and the local area, it'll do.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the top floor. It was spacious, modern, tastefully decorated, well equipped and the view was stunning, seaview from the balcony, lake and mountain views on the opposite side.

Location is great, close to cafes, eateries, playgrounds for families. Nice walk along the coast to the lake. Studio room was spacious, bathroom included washing machine and dryer. Queen bed comfy.

All around was beautiful stay. Room was extra large, comfy bed, huge balcony, clean, swimming pool, over all these the girls on the reception polite, sincerely, helpfully, in the first step you feel that l am right place.

Absolutely everything was great apart from how close the rooms are together, i could clearly hear every noise in the apartment next to us... had a hard time sleeping even got up at 3am to tell them to shutup as loud noises actually jolted me out of my sleep. I would of happily given 5 stars if it wasnt for that.

Easy parking and we just parked on G/F as we felt secure and convenient. Wifi was weak (we used our data instead) and not connected to TV. Basin in the bathroom is a bit small. Comfortable beds. Felt good that our room is connected to the large common area on the small pool floor.

Easy parking, near to sea-side walkway, rooms were comfortable. I was charged twice during check-in but it was credited back once the error was realised. The reception needs to be more vigilant so not to make these type of errors.

Awesome one night stay at Nesuto apartments. Check-in time is normally 3pm and I requested an early check-in if possible, as i was attending a wedding at 3pm that day - arrived at 12.30pm and the room was ready and was able to check in with no fuss or extra charge. The staff/reception was so accommodating especially George. We stayed on the fifth floor and we had the beautiful view of the water and promenade. Had an overall excellent experience. We'll stay again.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the staff made sure it was fully equipped with towels and essentials. I really appreciated that our request to have the sofa bed ready on arrival was taken care of. The self check-in process was easy and hassle-free, with clear instructions that were simple to follow. Overall a very pleasant stay and great value for the location. Would happily stay again.

A great place to stay for a night, a week, or longer. Check-in was quick, smooth and friendly, the room was spacious and clean with great views over the Entrance. We have stayed here before and will be back again.

The receptionist was very courteous and helpful.The apartments-we had 3 - were ready well before check in time so gave us additional time to spend in the beautiful surrounds by the water.We also left a few things behind after we left and reception have found them and agreed to post the them.

Kids absolutely loved it, especially the location, right in the middle of everything they wanted, they just rode their scooters everywhere... loved it highly recommend

I liked the location, the main strip is a few steps away. Parking was easy and safe. Hotel staff very friendly. Vending machines are a nice touch. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The pool is clean and inviting and set in a lovely area. The mattresses were a bit hard for me but overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Great location. The hotel staff are professional and friendly. The rooms are a little tired and could do with some minor maintenance. Overall, my stay was a pleasant one.

The area of The Entrance felt jaded and derelict. Think would be livlier and less weird in summer and at weekends
