Holiday Inn Meridian East I 59 / I 20

Easy access from interstate; clean property, clean room. Air conditioning must have motion sensors because we had issues keeping it running . Other than that- good comfortable stay.

The property seem to be a newer property. The staff was very attentive we had no issues will definitely stay there again.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly.

Hotel was full, our room keys didn’t work had to have the staff come up to use master key to let us in. Inconvenient for their customer. The carpet in the room was dirty/spots. The panel with plugs/USB between the beds very loose didn’t charge well because it was so loose, needs to be replaced. Not enough towels in the room for 3 people. Staff was nice and tried to accommodate as much as possible.

Staff were friendly very helpful and understanding. Conditions were clean without an overpriced deposit fee.
