We had a really good one night stay, staff where friendly and helpful, room was spacious and clean, great shower and variety of wash soaps, bed very comfortable and lovely bedding, I think the drains where a bit blocked as water shower and sink didn’t drain very well but sometimes people do not report things and staff wouldn’t know, I should imagine the staff here will soon sort the small problem out, on the whole we had a great stay

The Hotel room waa large and spacious, quite clean, no toilet roll. The decor, however, was gandy. It was supposed to be the GOLD suite and the walls were green !! and not a nice green, there was a lack of storage. For a few hundred pounds it could be made beautiful

First room they tried to offer, unacceptable, stench of dampness unbearable. Second room, The Gold room OK. Bit dated,,,,good job I always sleep with ear buds, can be a little noisy, but lovely room with good views. Bit mean with the coffee and Tea. Needs a bit more TLC.
