Room smelled like someone had smoked in it

Property was beat up. Gal at the front desk was wonderful

My room was clean and comfortable.

Had to change rooms because ac unit was destroyed. New room had the old unit in it that never got cool enough. We were moved to the 4th floor and the ceiling had water damage all over it. The tv was very outdated. We left before breakfast was even served. I couldn’t imagine… we have always stayed at holiday inn express as a safe, always clean, resort when not knowing. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had with HOLIDAY INN. Stay someplace on state of Franklin near kickback jacks and Aubrey’s if you ever visit this area. It’s a nicer place and just as expensive if not cheaper than this holiday inn.
