Best Western Plus Christopher Inn & Suites

We arrived an hour before check in and they were kind enough to get us in our room after a 7.5 hour drive. Everything was neat, clean and quiet! Breakfast had great variety especially the Folgers coffee bar. I'd love to see maybe turkey bacon added, but the Texas size waffle was perfect! Very kind staff! Great location, we were only 3 miles from our relatives who live off the same street as the hotel. I'd definitely come back!!!!

Our check in was a disaster. Their credit card machine was down so they wanted to make a copy of mine with my drivers license to enter later. I don’t give my card info out like that. So we could not ck in till later that night. The night staff was excellent. We had no issues when we went back But then the guy that works days wasn’t very nice. He looked at you all crazy. I don’t know if he didn’t understand or what. But the breakfast wasn’t great either unless you like runny eggs & half done sausage. I would not stay there again.

Staff were nice and breakfast was okay. The hotel is older which I didn’t mind but my wife woke up with bed bug bited. That’s a dealbreaker and won’t be returning.

Let me check in early- thats was nice- however, keys didnt work, had to go back and they fixed it- left and tried to use keys again and they didn’t work so they had to reissue new keys, while getting the new set- they had another guest who had to return his keys because they issued him a room that had someone already in it. The furniture in the room was falling apart. The tv was loose and looked like it was ready to come off the wall. The comforter had cigarette burns on it- found it the morning AFTER I had already slept in it- my bad for not checking- either way- i know housekeeping knew it was there. Water machine didnt work. The bed was NOISY- anytime you moved on it- the metal clanking on it woke you up- Ill def stay at a different hotel next time we are in the area for a softball tournament.
