Checked in… got to my room and it was dirty. Trash under the bed, make up powder all over the bathroom sink. Requested a new room. Staffed walked me to the room to check it. It was also dirty. There was poop stains on the toilet bowl. The room I stayed in had bugs. Killed ants and a roach. The “clean” room still wasn’t clean. Stuff on the walls. End table wasn’t wiped down. Stain on sheet. This place was disgusting!!! Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. Interior is also run down and needs updating and cleaning. I didn’t stay for breakfast. Looking at the rest of the property.. I didn’t want to eat there. Only positive is that the front desk staff was wonderful. Very nice and helpful while finding a “clean” room.

The property was in a very poor & rundown condition. Everything felt dirty, the corridor carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in several days, the elevator had live and dead bugs crawling on the floor and scattered across the plastic ceiling cover. Our first room had very dirty tile floors, the sheets were too small and didn’t fit the bed which revealed mattresses that were grossly stained and very old. They gave us a new room which was also incredibly dirty. It had a an old dirty mini fridge, dirty bathrooms and dirty carpet. It looked like housekeeping spent just a few minutes straightening up before moving on to other rooms. It was very late so we ended up staying but got up first thing and checked out. We didn’t dare eat the breakfast or try out any other amenities that were available. Very disappointing.
