What a great place to stay when visiting the Niagara area. Very friendly and efficient staff, lots of free parking, lovely, spacious suite with full size fridge and microwave. Convenient location - close to outlet shopping, wineries and Niagara-on-the-Lake. If you're looking for a great place to stay on a budget (remember, this is a student residence), then this is your place!

The actual building is behind the main campus. It’s a dorm/campus apartment so don't expect anything fancy like a hotel. The website should have a map showing the guests exactly how to get here. The 1st building on your left when u turn in is the main campus. The 1st building on your right is the winery. You need to drive further in and it’s the last tall building on your left behind the main campus. It can be a bit confusing to find the place if you arrived at night without any clear instruction. The place is clean. Very basic. Safe. Free parking lot onsite. The staffs are nice. There’s a bus stop in front of the main campus that takes you to Niagara Falls. We didn’t use it because we have our car. The location is great. There’s an outlet mall within 15 minutes walk. Niagara Falls is about 15 minutes drive. Very easy and convenient.

Eenvoudig hotel (zoals de 2 sterren al aangeeft), met name gunstig geprijsd en gelegen voor de Niagara fall and hils, nabij een groot outlet winkelcentrum met ook verschillende eet gelegenheden (let op de keuken bevat geen borden/bestek of kookgelegenheid, behalve magnetron en ijskast). Mini cafetaria voor drinken, verpakte snacks, koffie aanwezig. Was gelegenheid. Met auto goed bereikbaar, ik denk geen openbaar vervoer.

Not an awful place to stay but no better than ok. Room was right over outdoor patio area and very noisy at night. When I mentioned to person at the entrance desk his response was "it is what it is". Apartment is very small with no housekeeping unless 3 days stay...that was news to me.

Wow...what a place. This is obviously a college residence for students most of the time, and yet it works very well as a cost-effective base for exploring the Niagara region. The drive down to Niagara Falls is easy and under 15 minutes, and the property is easy to find as well -- just off the highway. Our apartment was almost identical inside to the one we had at the Residence and Conference Centre in Ottawa, only this Niagara version was better. Carpetted rooms. Desks and TVs in both bedrooms. Spotless bathroom. And the campus is very attractive, too. Plentiful parking right outside the building. Laundry facilities are on site too, if you need them. Bring your own cookware/plates/kitchen equipment if you plan on cooking, though, as apart from a fridge and microwave, the cupboards in the kitchenette are bare. That being sid, with the choice of restaurants and breakfast places in Niagare Falls and NOTL, you will probably (like us) not particularly care! We would certainly come back to this place.

I like this place because it offers free parking and it has a big laundry room with about 7 laundry machines and 7 dryers. I was making a road trip around Ontario, so this place was useful to wash my clothes. Also, in front of the residence, there is a college where surprisingly offers a wide range of wines for a fair price.

This was a low-cost stay but the rooms at this "hotel" were terrible. We would have been better off sleeping in our car. These are old run-down dorm rooms. The bunk beds don't even have ladders. Kitchen had no paper towels, or any plates/utensils. Hallway carpets were disgusting. The elevator has a disgusting pungent odor like BO. DO NOT STAY HERE! You'd be better off at a motel. Worst place we ever stayed.

I most liked the price. Hotels in Niagara on the Lake are very expensive in summer. I would stay here again. It was no frills but nice and clean. It took us a while to find the proper building but that was likely from not reading the signs properly.

It was really nice to have a reasonably priced option with a separate bedroom for my snoring friend! Very close to many wineries. The staff were great, the place was spotless and quiet.

Was confusing getting to property, GPS says take Lampen but driveway is closed off?(even when you put address in) Staff were all very pleasant and helpful, very clean. Dont expect the Ritz hotel this is a Dorm room hotel has the basics which is all we needed, nice having separate rooms. Only complaint was our room had a continuous humming noise which was irritating, and could use brighter lights in bathroom. Room 600 For the price you cant beat it will return for sure.

Building is clean, area is convenient. Check in and check out was super easy, the rooms have what you need, the lights and AC aren't the greatest but it's easy to look past. A hint- the mattresses are pretty hard so if you only use one bed combine all the bedding into one and put most of it under you and they're great.

I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and the things that matter to me were here in this stripped down experience, solid wifi, parking and access to highways, plus a fridge and microwave. Things that don't matter to me include a bathtub, room service, daily housekeeping, queen plus sized beds weren't there but i understand some might prefer those things.

We didnt realize that it was a student residence until we got there but were pleasantly surprised! Isabella was very helpful with check-in and the property was very clean and quiet. Outlet shopping and dining was only a 5 minute drive and historic Niagara on the Lake was only a 15 minute drive. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We didnt realize that it was a student residence until we got there but were pleasantly surprised! Isabella was very helpful with check-in and the property was very clean and quiet. Outlet shopping and dining was only a 5 minute drive and historic Niagara on the Lake was only a 15 minute drive. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The actual building is behind the main campus. It’s a dorm/campus apartment so don't expect anything fancy like a hotel. The website should have a map showing the guests exactly how to get here. The 1st building on your left when u turn in is the main campus. The 1st building on your right is the winery. You need to drive further in and it’s the last tall building on your left behind the main campus. It can be a bit confusing to find the place if you arrived at night without any clear instruction. The place is clean. Very basic. Safe. Free parking lot onsite. The staffs are nice. There’s a bus stop in front of the main campus that takes you to Niagara Falls. We didn’t use it because we have our car. The location is great. There’s an outlet mall within 15 minutes walk. Niagara Falls is about 15 minutes drive. Very easy and convenient.

This is a great place to stay for a night or two. I’ve stayed here in the past and it’s clean, basic and good value. This time though, there was a lot of roadwork and construction happening which meant access was difficult and there is poor (no) signage to direct people who are booked to stay there which explains how to get there once you reach campus. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

This is a college dorm. I didn’t know that before I made my reservation. It was a bit hard to find. GPS took us to the campus but I had to call to get directions to the right building. Perhaps they could put up some signs.

It’s a student campus location during the summer, very clean and located near the outlet mall. There is a small cafeteria where you can purchase coffee and snacks with very decent prices and food court at the outlet mall very near.

Good shopping nearby. College has its own winery, distillery, and brewery, Alisha and restaurant all associated with its programs. Close to old town for Shaw plays, stores, restaurants etc. also close to Niagara Falls.

Wow...what a place. This is obviously a college residence for students most of the time, and yet it works very well as a cost-effective base for exploring the Niagara region. The drive down to Niagara Falls is easy and under 15 minutes, and the property is easy to find as well -- just off the highway. Our apartment was almost identical inside to the one we had at the Residence and Conference Centre in Ottawa, only this Niagara version was better. Carpetted rooms. Desks and TVs in both bedrooms. Spotless bathroom. And the campus is very attractive, too. Plentiful parking right outside the building. Laundry facilities are on site too, if you need them. Bring your own cookware/plates/kitchen equipment if you plan on cooking, though, as apart from a fridge and microwave, the cupboards in the kitchenette are bare. That being sid, with the choice of restaurants and breakfast places in Niagare Falls and NOTL, you will probably (like us) not particularly care! We would certainly come back to this place.

It is convenient to NOTL and much less expensive. It is a college dorm and it shows the wear and tear. It used to have breakfast in the morning, but it doesn't now. Maintenance leaves a bit to be desired, but I am sure students are hard on the building during the school year. I don't need a really nice B&B downtown costing twice as much.

The hotel seems to be a mix of long term residence and a hotel. The hotel was just off the highway which was nice but tucked back behind non hotel looking buildings. It was confusing for a moment finding it. Checking in was a breeze. The room was okay at best. We stayed in suite with 2 rooms that had one double bed in each. The walls were made of cinder block giving the rooms a dorm room/ prison feel. The beds were very uncomfortable, very firm like sleeping on the floor. The A/C in the room barely worked, we had it set low and it never got comfortable in the rooms. The hallways leading to the rooms was more cooler than the room ever got. I will say the hotel was more on the budget side for the area. If you don't mind being a small drive away from the falls it's okay for the price. If you want better comfort I would choose elsewhere.

Decided to try out the residence because of the price. Good amount of space and comfortable bed. Lots of parking space. The lighting is poor and there was an unpleasant smell in the unit. If you need a room just to sleep, this is an adequate place. You get what you pay gor

I stayed here thinking my conference would be held next door, but it got moved. It’s a fine place to stay, I guess, but it feels very much like college dorms. There’s a small kitchen, but no plates or utensils. And it has a musty smell. It’s far from everything except the college. Overall very clean and helpful staff, but no breakfast and no amenities to speak of. My room didn’t even have a hair dryer.
