Coral Isle Heated pool,, ping-pong, near beach

We really enjoyed the pool! The only downside was that the pool light was not working so we were not about to swim in the evening. The porch was very nice but only one ceiling fan worked. That really was not an issue for us because it was too hot to spend much time on the porch. There are plenty of stores close by- within 10 minutes in any direction. Overall the house was very clean & perfect for our vacation. The host was very responsive to any of our questions. We would definitely stay there again!

My family & I truly enjoyed our stay at Coral Isle. While we had an initial misunderstanding regarding pet fees (specific pet fees were not originally detailed on listing nor automatically included in booking as per VRBO standards), the issue was resolved. The fees are now listed.The home has a great layout with one of the main bedrooms on opposite area of rest of home (add-on build out), providing privacy & quiet (a plus for larger groups).The kitchen is beautiful & the decor lovely. The space is conducive to socializing & relaxing. Loved the outdoor porch area with ping pong table. The pool was super warm, and we were pleasantly surprised by its depth for those seeking more versatility in their aquatic sports & games. There were several minor items that could merit some attention - some broken fixtures or furniture, but not enough to impact our experience & enjoyment.I appreciated the open communication with the property managers. While I typically prefer to rent directly from owners and wasn't aware this property was managed by others, I was pleasantly surprised by their responsiveness & attentiveness as well as their flexibility regarding a reasonable late check out fee, providing peace of mind for someone traveling with a disabled senior requiring extra time.Plenty of pool towels, games & kitchen supplies. So nice to have plenty of extras on hand to reduce washing cycles. All in all, a positive experience. My only suggestion would be to reduce pet fees.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent condition of the property during my recent stay. The cleanliness, both inside and outside, was exceptional, exceeding my expectations. I had a truly comfortable and safe experience. Your attentiveness and regular check-ins were greatly appreciated and contributed significantly to a positive stay.My only minor suggestion would be to ensure the trash bins are emptied and inspected prior to the arrival of future guests, to maintain consistent adherence to the property’s rules and regulations. This small detail would further enhance the already excellent guest experience.Thank you again for your hospitality and for ensuring a pleasant and secure stay. In side was clean, but really needed some TLC on outside area. Screens on outside patio all tore up and really needed landscaping. Refrigerator ice maker didn’t work, microwave didn’t work!! Reached out to property management and they sent out a repair person but not able to fix. Never heard back from property manager. I can’t believe they didn’t even reach out for the amount of money I sent to rent the property for 9 days.

We rented this home for a long weekend. It was clean and spacious. There are multiple areas to relax. Location was good. Only issues we had were that the ice maker in the fridge didn't work, some of the outdoor swivel chairs on the patio were stained and didn't swivel properly. They looked like they had exceeded their useful life. There were a couple of screens out on the lanai but that didn't bother us. In all fairness, we didn't complaint about any of these issues and they might have been addressed if we had. It didn't impact our stay. We would stay here again. It was generally a well sorted property.
