An older, but well maintained property with off street parking and friendly owners. A fair amount of noise from the road, but that is why I always have earplugs with me. Easy walk to the main drag and quick access to Wine Country Drive.

For a country motel, this has everything you need. Very close to wine region. Comfy bed, and when our internet would not connect the staff were very helpful. Pool was good to cool off in.

Great budget room, everything you could need. Friendly and helpful staff, easy parking and comfortable bed. The shower was great too. Cannot complain.

Not too bad for the price, but you definitely get what you pay for. It’s the same price as a bed and a hostel in Sydney, so you get more for that, but the blanket on the bed had stains on it, and it was dirty, the couch was covered and another blanket. But compared to the other places that were 4 to 6 times the cost. It was the best option.

Room was so smelly and in a need of a good thorough clean, shower taps dripped all night and this was supposed to be a deluxe room, totally disgusting bed just had a sheet on it and we found a blanket in the wardrobe that stunk of dust and obviously had not been cleaned for a long time. No bed spread, needs updating, we had a terrible night chocking on dust and breathing in dirty carpet smells. Highly recommend not staying there.

Hotel was tired and run-down. I needed to fix the shower tap handle before I could use it and the basin tap would not turn off. We saw cockroaches in the room (live ones). The TV set was quite small and was on top of the wardrobe, so was very difficult to see. Overall a disappointing choice and we would not book here again.

No screen on the bathroom window so the window was unable to be open. Air-conditioner was a waste of time to turn on. It just did not work and very noisy.

Being winter there was no extra blankets. Air conditioner cut in and out every 5-10 minutes so the room didn’t stay warm. There were very rowdy people in other rooms carrying on till late in the night.

Its amazing place and nearby to all amenities. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Its budget friendly which doesnt impact alot to your budget. Once again Thanks guys for your support :)

Nikita at reception was lovely. The bathroom was not clean around the edges & there were spider webs & dead spiders around the bathroom ceiling. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work & very low water pressure in the shower. No spare toilet paper & only 1 blanket on the bed & no spares on a cold night

Lovely lady at check on. I had a shower in the afternoon and the water was only slightly warmer than cold. It was hot in the morning. No bathroom mat which was a bit strange. Bed was comfortable. Older property that could do with some TLC. Carpark looked like it was freshly concreted so maybe they ate starting to renovate. Was it the best place that I've stayed at in Cessnock? No. Was it the cheapest place I've stayed at in Cessnock? No. Was it value for money? Yes.
