Old Creggan’s inn is an absolutely beautiful location facing Loch Fyne and the mountains surrounding the loch. Dinner was delicious and the Loch Fyne mussels are heartily recommended. Sunset from the upstairs guest lounge room is absolutely gorgeous.

Dejlig have med flere bord/ bænksæt. Gode stuer til spil, læsning m.v. Sødt personale. Man skal nok tænke på at opvarme kroen i sommeren hvor der alligevel var køligt, der var en fugtig luft i selskabslokalerne som vi besigtigede.

This Hotel is an absolute gem. Slightly off the beaten track with fabulous views over the loch. Staff were excellent, room and bathroom both spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. We dined in the restaurant there and the food was super. Highly recommend and will definitely return

My husband and I were in Scotland for 10 days and stayed at 6 different hotel locations from moving around a lot to see the country. The Creggans Inn was easily my favourite! It was a cute, older style Inn directly on the ocean! The only thing I was disappointed with was we only stayed one night. Absolutely beautiful scenery, beautiful garden out front, nice room, and friendly staff who love talking about the history of the place! Great food as well.

My wife and I stayed for two nights. It was warm, comfortable and with very friendly, helpful staff. Our bedroom had a large en-suite bathroom, with spacious shower cubicle and separate bath, all very clean. Breakfasts and dinners were good, see the sample menus online. And there's a lot of lounge area, both upstairs and on the ground floor, with books, games, jigsaws etc available. The views are excellent!

Food and service great. BUT you could hear your room neighbours. Parking excellent. I didn’t like that there were so many dogs in the bar, and barking all the time, also you had to step over them.

I've been here a number of times for work and it's my go-to place if I'm working in that area. It always feels really chilled and the restaurant is excellent with a range of Scottish and seafood dishes and delicious vegetarian options too. I'll definitely be back again.

Our first night on a week long 25th wedding anniversary trip to Scotland was spent at The Creggans Inn. We booked because of a recommendation in a book called 'Cool pubs and Inns with rooms'. All the pubs recommended also do great food and The Creggans Inn did not disappoint, the food was delicious. Amazing sunsets set immediately in front of the pub over the Loch. Our bedroom was clean, nicely decorated with modern wallpaper, and comfortable but the pipework was very noisy. Other than the bedroom and the restaurant the rest of the rooms and bar were very dated and would benefit from a little love and attention. The upstairs lounge could be very special, especially with that amazing view through the very large picture window.

We've been visiting Creggans for 30 + years, the location, service and accommodations are great. Really beautiful views. Our breakfast and dinner were excellent, delicious and well presented. Kudos to the chef and kitchen staff! We love the Inn but it could do with freshening up, it’s looking a little tired.

I liked pretty much everything about my stay at The Creggans. The only concern i had was that there is no bath mat so i felt a little unsure while in the shower. But that might also be due to my age😊

This Hotel is an absolute gem. Slightly off the beaten track with fabulous views over the loch. Staff were excellent, room and bathroom both spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. We dined in the restaurant there and the food was super. Highly recommend and will definitely return

My husband and I were in Scotland for 10 days and stayed at 6 different hotel locations from moving around a lot to see the country. The Creggans Inn was easily my favourite! It was a cute, older style Inn directly on the ocean! The only thing I was disappointed with was we only stayed one night. Absolutely beautiful scenery, beautiful garden out front, nice room, and friendly staff who love talking about the history of the place! Great food as well.

Went to Scotland for a soltice party and stayed at the creggans. Beautiful property with scenic views. Warm and welcoming staff and gorgeous food, especially the oysters. Room was lovely with big bathroom and great view over the loch. Breakfast was amazing too and included in the price. 👍

Old Creggan’s inn is an absolutely beautiful location facing Loch Fyne and the mountains surrounding the loch. Dinner was delicious and the Loch Fyne mussels are heartily recommended. Sunset from the upstairs guest lounge room is absolutely gorgeous.

I've been here a number of times for work and it's my go-to place if I'm working in that area. It always feels really chilled and the restaurant is excellent with a range of Scottish and seafood dishes and delicious vegetarian options too. I'll definitely be back again.

Kro med rigtig god mad både morgen og aften. Hyggeligt værelse med udsigt over vandet. Godt udvalg af vin, øl m.v. Fri parkering. Dejlig have. Gåturs mulighed langs vandet. Dejlig have med flere bord/ bænksæt. Gode stuer til spil, læsning m.v. Sødt personale. Man skal nok tænke på at opvarme kroen i sommeren hvor der alligevel var køligt, der var en fugtig luft i selskabslokalerne som vi besigtigede.

This is a lovely inn facing a beautiful loch. You can also see Inverary Castle. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and the staff was helpful. We happened to be there on a very hot day, and there's no AC. Our rooms were very warm until midnight, so it wasn't the most comfortable night. The bed was so-so, but everything else in the place was wonderful.

Such a lovely lovely spot. Gorgeous little green space across the road to sit and enjoy the view. Outdoor patio for drinks and a very cozy guest lounge. Well equipped with games and books. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. We appreciated the biscuits and tea available in our room when we woke up. Food was also amazing. Hot, with fresh ingredients. We could only get wifi in the bar; no use of our phones in our room. The shower is a hand held in a big tub. Water pressure could be stronger. The hotel has a wonderful breakfast which was included. We also had a delicious dinner in their restaurant. Lovely views of the lake if you book a room on that side of the building.
