K-Stay TOKYO HANEDA

ハイハイする小さい子供がいるのでホテルではなく、アパートがいいと思いこちらを予約しましたが、床は埃っぽく、浴室と洗面所の排水溝からの臭いは頭痛がするほどで、洗濯機 も使用出来ない状態でした。 タオルやベットのシーツは半乾きの濡れたタオルのような臭いだったので、洗濯機を使用したかったのですが、使用できずとてもがっかりしました。 すぐにオーナーとチャットで連絡をとり、翌日清掃の方が浴室と排水溝にブリーチを流して対処してくださったお陰で数時間は臭いがなくなりましたが、また臭いがしだしました。 あまりにも状態が酷いので部屋を変えるか返金を希望しましたが返信がなかった為、ホテルズドットコムのお客様センターに間に入ってもらい写真を送ったり、何度もチャットでやり取りをして自分で直さないと置けなかったので疲れました。 羽田空港や駅、スーパーにも近いので便利でしたが、清潔さの面では本当にがっかりでした。

Wonderful and clean place to stay. Good location. We did not receive the email with the access code 24 hrs. before check in. This was very disturbing as are whole flight over we were in anxiety. I finally had to find the phone number and call to get the email sent.

This is a self check in facility. There is no front desk clerk. The email I received was well worded and I gained access well enough. The room and property appeared clean and there were no smells. The beds were the typical Japanese futon type mattresses. I had dour issues. 1. I had to open the unmarked panel on one of the AC units to turn it on. In order to reach it I had to stand in a chair. It boggles me why the unit was physically turned off when the remote was easily accessible. 2.our WiFi didn’t work. Each room has a router and our room’s router was not showing up in any of our devices. I emailed the staff (only way to contact them). Instead of sending someone they provided a list of every router’s SSID and password. The idea being I could just access my neighbor’s WiFi. This method is obviously defeats the safe access idea and compromises our phones. 3. One of our sheets had a few small drops of dried blood on it. We didnt notice until late in our second (and last) night. This brings into question the cleanliness of all the linens. 4. The separate bedroom in our place had a bad smell. It reminded me of a dead mouse smell. It was faint and. It strong but definitely there. Couldn’t find the source.

Very good accommodation for the price point!

The room was clean and the location was great. We could not get the washing machine to work but the staff did an excellent job of communicating with us about how to fix it. We couldn't fix it so we just decided not to use it. The pictures of the listing make it look bigger than it really is. The checkout was excellent and easy to use.
