There were stains on the bedspreads. Shower only dribbled one large line of water. Yikes in bathroom were detaching. Electrical outlets were hanging off the wall with wires exposed. The kitchen cabinets had ants. Carpets were filthy. Room was heated quite well. TV worked. Facilities for late arrival was good

Didn't like dirty shower and carpets. Holes in walls and doors. Stench of cigarettes throughout. Dirty towel and sheet. If it hadn't been so late when we checked in we would have found somewhere else. Never again

The first room I was given was filthy. There were faeces and urine all over the toilet seat and bowl and hair on the bathroom benchtops. Clouds of dust came out of the curtains when I tried to open them. The room also reeked of cigarette smoke. The second room didn't appear to have ever been vacuumed. There were nail clippings on the carpet near the bed, food crumbs and large dust bunnies all along the skirtings. The kitchenette had caked on food on the induction plate. The bedroom door had two large holes punched in it as did one of the bedroom walls. The shower was also mouldy and had soap scum all over the glass door. The parking area was partially dug up and had several shopping trolleys to mark the area of damage.The gentleman in reception commented that he would have to look into getting a better cleaning contract and didn't offer any alternatives other then for me to keep trying rooms. I left after the second room and received a full refund from Wotif (thank you). This accommodation is NOT worth the price they have on it. Unless you're comfortable in sleeping in filth and dodging broken and hazardous fixtures, avoid at all costs.

Room was a wreck. Unusable draws with no bottoms. Towel rack broken with only wall stubs. Shower so mouldy I didn't use it. Shower soap holder broken off. Didn't use mugs or cuttlery as they were dirty. Evicted a cockroach!

It’s old , old old old . Bed’s clean and neat. Toilet is clean. Shower is dirty dirty dirty I did not use the shower. The shower was dirty the wall it was sticky and dust and hair stuck to it. Black mouldy every single corner of the shower. Cupboards did not slide to close. The wall was patched but left unfinished. Room #1 If I had a choice last night that I didn’t have a commitment very early next morning I would have left and not stay in the room.

The jotel was run down. Not cleaned properly. Mould in shower. Mould and filth inside kitchen cupboard. Kitchen sink loose and wobbly. One frypan but no cooking implements. No soap so i had to use dishwasing liquid to shower. Tv didn't work.

Sadly the room was dirty, the linen stained. Shower was literally a dribble. The taps and electrical fittings damaged or not fixed properly. It was very well priced, but even still was not at an acceptable level

Facility is very tired and dated. Bathroom in particular was in need of some attention, both in terms of being updated and cleaned properly, however the bed and linen was fine and made for a good night of sleep.

Patched holes in wall, lights not working, very out dated. Terrible sewage smell in bathroom, very dark & dreary. All this might be fine for some if it was priced accordingly, however, it was terribly over priced for what I got.

Very disappointed. Arrived just after 6pm only to be told that because hotel was fully booked that there hadn't been time to clean our room. It was still dirty from previous occupant. Manager apologised and handed me new sheets expecting us to strip the bed and make myself. Eventually we were moved to another room due to an apparent cancellation. At least that room appeared to have been cleaned. We weren't expecting much, but were very disappointed after this experience.

Old and could be better maintained, for example, there was a hole in the interior door (looked like it had been punched with a fist); linoleum tiles lifting on bathroom floor. But on the positive side, everything was clean, and the room was well equipped with stovetop, microwave, fridge, utensils. Convenient location within walking distance of large shopping centre.

The room smells and is poorly maintained. The toilet door is a sliding door, one of the rollers are missing and the door doesn't close. The bathroom has mould in the timber framework. The bed felt like it didn't have a mattress, it felt like I was sleeping on the base. The front door appears to have been kicked in as security chain has been broken off. The room smells and is poorly maintained. The toilet door is a sliding door, one of the rollers are missing and the door doesn't close. The bathroom has mould in the timber framework. The bed felt like it didn't have a mattress, it felt like I was sleeping on the base. The front door appears to have been kicked in as security chain has been broken off. We requested a refund and was advised we have to go the booking channels for this with no one to contact! I would advise anyone to steer clear, there was numerous drug affected people staying here and out the front, one with blood dripping from his head and very threatening that my team member had to flee in the car. Definitely not even safe to stay.

Could not sleep all night as there were crackheads making noise in the room next door, yelling screaming and arguing over drugs. this was quite disgusting and there were prostitutes also working out of the room next door.

The staff were very helpful, it’s location was close to everything we needed and even though it is on a main road, the room was surprisingly quiet when getting to sleep.

Room was a wreck. Unusable draws with no bottoms. Towel rack broken with only wall stubs. Shower so mouldy I didn't use it. Shower soap holder broken off. Didn't use mugs or cuttlery as they were dirty. Evicted a cockroach!

Duna cover was filthy, no smake alarm. Frudge freezer iced up spilling out. Sock and butts left from previous guest. Floor needed washing. Friends unit pillow cases had tea spilt on them. No overnight number to staff nor answered 8am number on door. Noisy other drunken guests.

Holes in walls some are patched. Inside vanity leaks with old dirty towels soaked with water. Writing over walls, cabinets and lamp. Drawers with rubbish and dirty.

It’s old , old old old . Bed’s clean and neat. Toilet is clean. Shower is dirty dirty dirty I did not use the shower. The shower was dirty the wall it was sticky and dust and hair stuck to it. Black mouldy every single corner of the shower. Cupboards did not slide to close. The wall was patched but left unfinished. Room #1 If I had a choice last night that I didn’t have a commitment very early next morning I would have left and not stay in the room.
