Simply Home Inn & Suites

A/C worked fine. A lot of outlets didn't work. Smoke alarm was missing in out room. Breakfast was very weak. Juices and coffee was not maintained well.

I booked 2 nights. This was supposed to be a nice treat for myself while also visiting my fiancé at the prison that I even booked the 2nd night when I usually only stay in town 1 night and specifically booked the superior or king suite with the jacuzzi. I got to the room to discover that I wasn’t given the superior or king suite and I call the front desk. She was a very nice lady however proceeds to tell me that isn’t the room that I booked even tho based on Hotel.com website, and the simply inn website there is only type of room that has the jacuzzi. She then tells me that the room is even booked till Sunday. So she gets me into the room Sunday after the other guests check out. I was happy to finally get to my treat which was the jacuzzi. However, as soon as I turn the water on the water is brownish and has some sort of sediment in it. Let it run for awhile, but the water never got better. Plus the jacuzzi was not even functional. I checked the water in the bathroom and the water although didn’t get hot, just warm the water in the bathtub was actually clean. I am super disappointed and feel like the treat to myself was not only expensive but not worth it. Plus the property was very poorly maintained, borders on disgusting. I work hard for my money and the only reason I booked this room for the 2 nights was for the jacuzzi.​ Breakfast was terrible and not worth the walk to the dining room. Don’t stay here, I promise you’ll regret it bc I definitely do.

It was a simple hotel. No frills. Air conditioner was a little noisy, but it worked. Shower didn’t get hot, but lukewarm. It was fine for one night.

When I got there I was impressed. Clean rooms and very nice staff. The rooms was nice and clean I would stay there again anytime.

It was descent. The only complaint was over 3 days no body brought clean towels or emptied trash. The toilet didnt sit even they had like a shimy under it to try and even it out.
