Everything on this resort was terrific. The beach and pool area, the beachbar, restaurant, the rooms and the breakfast. One thing that we would have wished for was a lot more offers in terms of Yoga. Would like to mention some staff members; LUKE and Valenrosia. Very easy to recommend this place on a hectic fun island.

Such a beautiful resort with so many easy amenities. The spa was gorgeous and the massage was one of the best ive ever had. The cocktails were perfect.There are shops, scooter rentals, a pharmacy, an amazing restaurant, and a 7-11 right outside the hotel if you like walking around. We will definitely be coming back.

This was one of the most disorganized hotel experiences I’ve had. From check-in to table service, breakfast, and even housekeeping, chaos was the defining theme throughout our three-night stay. Check-in was poorly managed and borderline chaotic. There was a clear and uncomfortable divide between the Thai staff and the Indian staff, who did not appear to communicate with each other at all. This cultural and operational disconnect was obvious and impacted the entire guest experience. The food was heavily Indian-influenced, which might appeal to some, but it felt completely out of place for a resort in Thailand. The chefs were non-Thai, and the restaurants featured large Indian menus. If you’re looking for authentic Thai cuisine or atmosphere, this is absolutely not the place. Breakfast was particularly bad—slow, chaotic, and extremely disorganized. The juice bar ran out of glasses, the egg station had massive queues, and the coffee situation was pure confusion. Nothing about it felt premium or well-managed. Housekeeping was unacceptable. Our room was cleaned only once during the entire stay. When we returned at 6 p.m. one evening to find the room untouched, we had to complain. Even worse, items were removed from the room, including the kettle and coffee maker, with no explanation. This hotel is absolutely not five-star. Frankly, it doesn’t even rate as a two-star property. If you want a taste of Mumbai, this hotel might suit you. If you want a true Thai experience with pro
