Baymont by Wyndham Schaumburg Chicago Northwest

1. When I booked my room for two nights, the room didnt look like the pictures from online booking, i booked a deluxe king suite with a jetted tub. There was nothing suite or deluxe about it. 2. The jetted tub and bathroom tub was dirty. 3. All ice machines were not working, had to get ice from the attached indian restraunt when open. 4.Elevators didnt work, had to take stairs to your room. 4. i booked for 2 nights and wanted to cancel my second night. Staffing avoided communication with hotels.com to cancel the 2nd night. I recommended no one books a room here.

The hotel is extremely OLD. The hallways and room had an odor in it, and the AC in the room I was in barely kept the room cool.

Won’t be stay here again felt like it could be clean more better raggedy equipment stains on the floors bathroom wasn’t clean only wiped down should be way better since it’s by the airport and schaumburg is very nice area I was super disappointed

I booked this hotel for a quick overnight stay and ended up leaving the same night around 11 PM. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. The phone in the room didn’t work, which meant I couldn’t even contact the front desk, and the ice machine was also out of service. While those may seem like small things, together they gave the impression that the property isn’t well maintained. I didn’t feel comfortable staying the night and decided to leave early. The location itself is fine, but the condition and lack of basic functionality were enough for me to go elsewhere. I wouldn’t return or recommend it based on this experience
