The hosts were lovely, and the check-in was fast. The room was clean and warm, and the bed comfortable. Sadly there was occasional noise coming from the road nearby and the trains passing by. Overall it was good.

I was on the top floor so the water pressure for the shower was poor. Food was lovely: evening meal and hot breakfast. Right next to the railway line so if you are a light sleeper then take some ear plugs. Room was tired but clean. Bed was comfy. Small TV Ample parking. Would I stay again? Yes, but ask not to be on the top floor. Hopefully the shower is better on a lower floor.
