Hotellet ligger et stykke uden for centrum af San Teodoro og er ikke helt færdig bygget. Det tager en lille halv time at gå ind til centrum. Delen ud mod poolen er færdigbygget, men bagsiden er meget ufærdig. Der er en del larm til omkring midnat fra baren ved poolen. Morgenmaden er ok, og der er parkering lige bag hotellet. Selve værelset var fint med en god altan. Ingen fleksibilitet i forhold til tidlig ankomst. Der var en meget stor plamage af fugleklatter på et fællesareal, det blev ikke fjernet i løbet af vores ophold. Vi ville ikke bo der igen, det er for langt fra byen og giver lidt Sunny Beach/Alanya vibes.

We had a mixed stay at this hotel. The standout features were the pool area and the daytime reception staff. The pool area is clean and lovely to relax around, and the pool dining setting was great. The daytime receptionist—a lovely older lady was extremely helpful, kind, and a wonderful face to meet at check-in and check-out. The rest of the pool and serving staff were also great, and the hotel was cool about guests bringing back takeout from the fantastic pizzeria just down the road (which was helpful since on-site pool food options are virtually non-existent). Unfortunately, several major issues soured our experience: Room Size & Climate Control: Decor was fine and everything was clean, but the room for three guests was ridiculously small to the point of feeling claustrophobic. Worse, the air conditioning barely worked during our stay in early July. It was miserably hot, and we didn't sleep a wink. Broken Facilities & Views: Our room's sliding door was broken and opened onto a dreary balcony that directly overlooked other balconies. Appalling Evening Service: The male staff member working the afternoon/evening shift was shockingly rude with a serious attitude problem. When he came up to help with our stuck sliding door, he immediately accused me of breaking it before I had even opened it. His behavior was so aggressive that his younger female colleague looked genuinely mortified by how he spoke to guests.

très vieille chambre avec des équipements très vieux , la douche est minuscule, manque de prises électriques, pas de bouteille d'eau offerte, un lit sans tête de lit... Et checkout très tôt à 10h . Bon emplacement

Das Hotel ist super schön und das Personal überaus zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt. Die Bilder hier sind teils veraltet. So gibt es am Pool mittlerweile so geflochtene Liegen und nicht mehr das weiße Plastik. Auch das Frühstück hat ein Upgrade bekommen und ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr üppig. Es gab sogar Soyamilch und laktosefreie Milch. Und der Kaffee ist hervorragend original italienisch aus der Siebträgermaschine. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder (2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager).
