Would suggest to put a note to inform customers about the laundry service, washer needs 1 hr and dryer needs 2 hr. Instead of needing to ask the staff.

Excellent hotel with large, clean rooms! They offer night-time cup noodle snacks that I wasn't able to take advantage of but would be good after a night of drinking. Relatively easy to find and only about a 5-8 min. walk from Taipei Main Station's north 3 gate. The staff were excellent, friendly and spoke good English so that saved me! They even upgraded my room! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here or any of the other CityInn Hotels near Taipei station again!

The personnel at the front desk was really friendly and professional in helping us. For example, we suddenly needed to make an international call to our next hotel in another country and the reception desk let us use the phone at the front desk, which would otherwise have been quite expensive for us to solve. They also were always ready to answer any questions about the hotel we would have.The cleaning personnel also did a great job since thd room was spotless!

I enjoyed the amenities very much, especially the snacks and bottled water. The only thing missing was a clock in the room and the internet seemed slow sometimes.
