We were very impressed with Hotel Smart. While maintaining an old world atmosphere, the unit was very modern. Parking underground if needed, breakfast provided, rooms were very modern. We would definitely return.

Otima estadia em Estoril. Fomos bem recebidos e o hotel fica em uma propriedade antiga e bem conservada com elevador e garagem. Café da manhã simples, mas atendeu nossas expectativas. O horário de entrada no hotel está limitado até as 2am.

Arrivé dans notre chambre, il y avait un poil et une goutte d’urine sur notre bol de toilette. La dame m’a dit que c’est une goutte de produits ménager… cependant, je sais très bien reconnaître une goutte d’urine et un poil…. !! Aussi, je trouve bizarre de dormir avec seulement la douillette et aucun autre drap sur nous…

Lovely family run hotel - traditional estate converted to a simple but very pleasant hotel. Room was spacious with a nice sized bathroom, lots of light and very comfortable. Nice breakfast spread without excess and excellent location within walking distance to the boardwalk to Estoril and Cascais. Easy parking, and quiet neighborhood, and lovely garden/grounds. Overall a great stay and one to be repeated the next time I am in the area.

Razoável, atendimento deixa a desejar em especial no cafe da manha funcionários de pessimo humor e as 10hs limite para termino do cafe da manhã são grosseiros e colocam o hóspede para fora do recinto para preparar o almoco do pessoal, funcionários do hotel. Quanto a localização é boa e atende de forma satisfatória.

Razoável, atendimento deixa a desejar em especial no cafe da manha funcionários de pessimo humor e as 10hs limite para termino do cafe da manhã são grosseiros e colocam o hóspede para fora do recinto para preparar o almoco do pessoal, funcionários do hotel. Quanto a localização é boa e atende de forma satisfatória.

We had a very nice stay at hotel Smart. Its staff is very friendly and well prepared to serve as a host in your vacation. You can walk to the train station and get the train to Lisbon. if you are a senior at the the train just will pay 4 Euros.

Booked this stay to see the IronMan event in Cascais, it was just a 8-10 min Uber ride away, with a beautiful boardwalk as well (didn’t use it due to rain). It is a quaint lovely hotel that was just right for the short stay. I definitely recommend!

Close to the beach. This area is not for someone with mobility issues. I love to walk and walked all the way from this propery in Estoril to Cascais down the beach board walk. Stunning views along the walk. The streets around the hotel are very hilly. Great authentic portugese restaurant recommended by the hotel about 10 min walk. Lovely property and rooms. Breakfast very good.

Close to the beach. This area is not for someone with mobility issues. I love to walk and walked all the way from this propery in Estoril to Cascais down the beach board walk. Stunning views along the walk. The streets around the hotel are very hilly. Great authentic portugese restaurant recommended by the hotel about 10 min walk. Lovely property and rooms. Breakfast very good.

Buena atención, habitación amplia y muy limpia, baño aceptable. Desayuno justo(poca variedad en fruta). Hambiente familiar.

Super séjour dans un hôtel très propre et calme, et un personnel très accueillant. Un petit déjeuner copieux. Le gare est à moins de 500m donc pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour s’y rendre à Lisbonne.

The hotel was great. The location was fine.The breakfast was very good and generous. What was not good in this hotel was an unbelievably miserable daytime front desk/breakfast staff person. This is not the job for her. She never smiled, never engaged and when at the front desk never greeted you or took her eyes off the computer. I thought it was us but I sat in the lobby watching her interactions with everyone who passed and there were none. She was not helpful in any way even when setting the tables at breakfast since she didn’t put cups or napkins on the tables she arranged. She was terrible and the hotel should either train her properly or get rid of her. This is the only thing that made our stay less pleasurable and sadly will be the reason I do recommend this hotel. Guests should not feel that they are not welcome or have glaring eyes cast upon them. Shameful and unpleasant!

Ett fantastiskt fint, rent och fräscht boende. Ett stort plus för den oerhört fina frukosten med något för alla smaker och fräsch frukt! Jag ger detta boende 5/5!!! Det enda minustecknet var att det pågår byggnation runt omkring hotellet med vissa störande ljud.

Lovely new property in a residential neighborhood in Estoril. I had the single bed room and it was tiny but it all worked out. Strange location for an outlet to charge your phone overnight- in the middle of a wall halfway up! Good breakfast and great staff! Kudos to Sarah.
