The room was clean, well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The property has great amenities which were appreciated for our quick stay - guest laundry, tennis court, on site restaurant, etc. The staff were lovely and welcoming upon our arrival and offeted us a complimentary umbrella in case of rain (which it did). Would definitely recommend.

The rooms were spacious and clean and tidy tye staff were helpful and up to standards with the room cleaning services. I used the gym alot of the excercise machines didn't work well they need to do some maintenance on the equipment and the gym room was musty they need more ventilation to let the room stay fresh. I didn't swim in the pool it looked a bit murky.. couldn't see the bottom in the deep end

Room was spotless and staff at reception was very welcoming. Bar and Restaurant staff were also very welcoming big smiles all around. Pool area was clean and enjoyed a nice swim. Food was great. Loved the bathroom and shower very clean. Definitely will return soon.

My favourite place to stay in Hamilton. I always feel really safe staying here - can drive right to the door. The rooms are really nicely decorated and super well appointed - great lighting, good chairs and table, and lots of nice small touches like the chilled water in the fridge, the beautiful Dreamview milk from raglan and yummy cookies. Also lovely that these get replenished daily not just on the first night. Highly recommend the Jet Park. They also have a pool, tennis court, gym and sauna. The restaurant is also outstanding and the staff just lovely and soooo very helpful.

This is a great place to stay if you’re playing golf at Tieke estate (which we were). Very convenient. 24 hour reception. Very comfortable bed. Spacious room. Shower pressure fabulous .. all excellent. Only criticism is the restaurant and bar - closed by 9pm

Pretty disappointing stay the fuse tripped when I turned on the hairdryer freezing cold draft underneath the door. Aircon heat pump was over the bed so you could not have a comfortable night sleep without heating during winter with the Air blowing down over your body and head.

Check in was great, receptionist was friendly and informative. The room was as expected and clean. It was a very noisy hotel, we could hear a baby crying at night and people outside late into the night. Beds werent very comfortable either so didnt have a great nights sleep.

The property is a large, basic motel - superbly clean, quiet but what is outstanding was the service & staff. A couple of small issues were quickly sorted by the staff. Pleasant & friendly- nothing was too much trouble for them. The staff are what makes this motel excellent.

We booked to stay last minute after our flight was cancelled. My 14 month old was tired and grizzly and we needed somewhere quiet and close quickly. The staff at reception were soo helpful and understanding. Our room was more than enough and for a hotel right next to the airport, was very quiet! Breakfast the next morning at the restaurant was delicious, my daughter devoured their pancakes and hash browns. 100% would recommend and definitely will be staying again :)

Nice hotel close to the airport. Good breakfast. Staff were kind and helpful. Only issue we had is when we arrived there around 9:20 pmthere was no one to let us in and we had to make an international call (local for NZ) for the check in person to come and let us in.

We checked in and were given a map with our room hilighted and a map. When we got to our room our key didnt work so back to reception ( If you want to drive you have to do a whole big loop past the airport) Then handed the key back and again it didn't work. Returned to reception and the manager came with us this time but or actual room was not the number we were told and shown on the map - no apology. We had called the night before to confirm room has fridge and microwave and we were assured it was. When we got to room no microwave. We asked reception abut this to blank looks. We explained we had called the actual motel and not expedia as during the call we were given 3 branch options and we picked their one. Although microwave is not isted in room amenities neither is a fridge (included in room) that is why we called to check. More blank looks then ony option was to pay for upgrade. Room large but stark.Heater made clicking noise so we turned it off to sleep. Just no customer service - worse stay of our entire trip around NZ

This is a great place to stay if you’re playing golf at Tieke estate (which we were). Very convenient. 24 hour reception. Very comfortable bed. Spacious room. Shower pressure fabulous .. all excellent. Only criticism is the restaurant and bar - closed by 9pm

We booked to stay last minute after our flight was cancelled. My 14 month old was tired and grizzly and we needed somewhere quiet and close quickly. The staff at reception were soo helpful and understanding. Our room was more than enough and for a hotel right next to the airport, was very quiet! Breakfast the next morning at the restaurant was delicious, my daughter devoured their pancakes and hash browns. 100% would recommend and definitely will be staying again :)

We had a great weekend stay with friends. The rooms were well set up, comfortable and very clean. The restaurant food was great. We had dinner one night and breakfast both mornings. Great selection in the breakfast buffet. It would be nice if the restaurant stayed open just a little later. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were absolutely incredible so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and everything was well looked after. The amenities were fantastic, with a great gym, pool, sauna, and an on-site restaurant serving delicious food. Everything made my stay so enjoyable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is a modern, smart and very clean airport hotel. All members of staff we met were friendly and helpful. It was a very cold winter's day and we really appreciated that the heat pump in our room had been turned on beforehand and it was lovely and cosy for our arrival. We also appreciated the small bottle of boutique A2 milk which was waiting for us in our small fridge. The main room was contemporary in style and minimalist; the bed was perfectly comfortable. We had dinner in the on-site "Propellors" restaurant and fish and chips was beautiful - fresh with lovely crispy batter. The buffet breakfast the following morning was also of a high standard with plenty of variety and well-cooked hot dishes. The one let down at this otherwise great little hotel, was the bathroom in our unit. It was a large room, tiled and painted in stark white with a very basic standard of fixtures and fittings. It felt very sterile, like a hospital bathroom. More importantly, it was freezing cold with no form of heating. Most surprisingly and very disappointingly, in one corner of this large room was a big old spa tub, over which was hung the shower equipment, along with a plastic shower curtain. In a 4 Star Hotel you would expect to find (especially in such a large bathroom) a walk-in shower. It was ironic, too, that close to the 100 Plus Litre Tub, was a card proclaiming how environmentally-friendly the hotel group claims to be. All this said, we really enjoyed our stay and will come again.
