Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and the bed was comfortable. I wouldn't give much of it five stars because, like many hotels, it's a bit dated, and some parts a bit worn. But, it should be acknowledged before you give 1 star reviews, that I paid $80 bucks a night in a suburb outside of Chicago. For the money, it was a great value. If you are looking for a perfect experience, you should be prepared to pay a lot more. Just my two cents.

Room was a little outdated and I had to ask for basic toiletries. But the fridge was clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner.
