Comfort Suites Fort Wayne - Southwest

Stayed there for a couple days while I had neck surgery. Came in the night before hoping to relax in the pool, and sadly, it was closed. They said it would just be that day but it was closed the next day too so my husband couldn’t use it. Other than that, the service was great, rooms were clean. Husband said breakfast was great. There’s everything you need within 5 minutes of there and you get a discount if you are with Lutheran. Will be booking again for my follow up.

Customer service was great and went above and beyond. Breakfast is great. Convenient location to store and hospital. Came in for spine surgery at Lutheran and booked this hotel for the pool (just wanted to relax in it and swim before major surgery) and it was closed, which made me tremendously sad. They said it was only for the day because they had to add chemicals, but it was closed the next day and my husband couldn’t use it. Other than that it was fantastic and will be using every time I go to Fort Wayne.

It was very clean, great location for us. Really liked the room.

Clean room, bathroom wasn't quite as clean as the room, but the room was comfortable and quite. Breakfast was lacking healthy options.
