Extended Stay America Suites - Boston - Peabody

Diese Unterkunft sollte direkt aus dem Angebot fliegen. Für den Preis ist es eine Frechheit! Es riecht im ganzen Gebäude nach Nassem Hund gepaart mit verdorbenden Essensgeruch! Zimmerservice gab es garnicht und eine Reinigungskraft haben wir in den 6 Tagen nicht einmal gesehen. Als unsere Haut immer mehr anfing zu jucken haben wir uns eine neue Unterkunft gesucht,was nicht einfach war und viel gekostet hat! Es wohnen ganze Familien hier, sogar der Schulbus kommt hier vorbei! Im Nachhinein ist uns berichet worden das es sich um eine Flüchtlingsunterkunft handelt! Wir sind 2 Tage früher ausgecheckt weil wir es nicht mehr ausgehalten haben und als Dank wurden noch über 200 Dollar EXTRA!! von der Kreditkarte gebucht, ohne Rechnung ,Benachrichtigung oder ähnliches!!

Pros: The hotel itself was pretty nice, and the room was spacious and clean. Cons: if you want a "hotel" this is not for you. Uppn checkin they make you write your email address down, by even with that they messed mine up so I wasn't able to use the wifi. I went back down the next day and tried to address the issue with a different person, but they didn't fix it or weren't able to, so that was frustrating. The tub didn't have a stopper, so my daughter was not able to use the bath tub. Went down the second day (at the same time as trying to fix the Internet) and the lady wasn't able to give me one or didn't try. Not sure which. When we came back for the night, they did manage to find one (wrong size, but we made it work). Bathroom toilet clogged and we were informed that the maintenance was gone for the night and that we can come down to get a plunger if we wanted. Also, first night there the whole place smelled like weed, but they had a security guard after that and we didn't smell it the rest of the time there. Also the "breakfast" was basically none existent, they had about five to ten nutrients bars and if you were lucky a muffin or two. Sometimes there was coffee other times not.
