Courtyard by Marriott Wichita Falls

Excellent service and facilities. The only thing lacking was body lotion!

The condition of the hotel was nothing like the photos shown online. The floors felt uneven, like something underneath the carpet was broken or collapsing. The rooms had multiple stains and smelled strongly of mold. The bed was an old spring mattress that felt extremely hard and uncomfortable. The baseboards appeared to be rotting and had been covered with clear silicone caulk to hide the damage. The bathroom also had several issues. The toilet only flushed once and then took the entire night for the tank to refill. The shower head was heavily clogged with hard water buildup and barely allowed water to come through. The shower itself also had clear silicone applied over areas that appeared to have black mildew or mold underneath. Overall, the property appeared poorly maintained and did not match the condition or quality advertised on the website. The actual hotel experience was completely different from what was represented online.

It was a very nice property, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was great!

The shower runs out of hot water in about 10 minutes.

Bed was not comfortable and elevator smelled really bad. I tried to hold my breath best I could. Staff was great
