Room was clean staff was nice only issue is the water pressure was a little low.

Everything was good, not much of a breakfast, but I’ve stayed here before so I was not expecting much. Coffee was hot.

We have never in our life.Had so much problems with the.Reservation, the manager was extremely rude to my husband!! Basically calling him a liar telling him he did not pay for a three day visit of which we prepaid hotels dot com for. They insisted he give his credit card to them.And because of being there already with his seventy year old father, he gave them his credit card.Finally, after me, disputing it online with the hotel, they refunded his card. We go there every year for a fishing trip!! And will not be returning!! The hotel stated to him that he didn't have any reservation at all. And she absolutely refused to look at the reservation that we had through.Hotels dot com. The only thing we did was change the dates to an earlier date of two days earlier. However, they didn't even have em down the original date.So they told him, which is why they charged him twice! Sad because even though it's an old c***** hotel, we gave them business every year.We will take our business elsewhere

Always clean and downtown

The office closed 12am on 1/1, opened at 8am closed agsin at 11am same day and never reopened. Wifi didnt work,no coffee or breakfast because there was no staff and office was closed. There was a number for emergencies only so couldnt get new towels. The outside stairs to the second level were metal and it was a snow storm and 17 degrees. They never salted or cleaned them almost fell twice. The area is gorgeous, the view was great just not a single available amenity
