The building is ok but they never come to clean our room. The service in the lobby pretty good. Thale breakfast was nice. And the pool was not available and for us that was the first we considered when we planned the trip.

Pool was closed for no reason, was closed on the weekend then opened Monday when it was slow. The carpet in room 512 was terrible it smelled like if it was never washed.

There faculty advertised an airport shuttle on Expedia listing. Upon checking in, I was told they do not have an airport shuttle. Now, I have to pay for an Uber. Ridiculous and so frustrating. No large towels in room, only hand towels. No vending. Indoor pool and fitness room both "temporarily" closed.

Loved the spacious rooms and bathroom. I would have rated this hotel a 5 but over half of the gym equipment was out of order and the indoor pool was closed. The beds were comfy.

No notification of under construction.. carpet is filthy..poor cooling systems, pictures of rooms are not what you get! They were working from the evening I got there..pool closed.. Dining area filthy..no ice machine.. The staff however were extremely nice ..Marcus was the best !

The room appeared to be a suite, but it liiks like they took out the couch and put another bed instead. The pool was closed, and the gym equipment wasn't functional. Breakfast was good. The carpets are old though. The beds were soft.

Theres was nothing to like about this property. The beds was dirty, the floors was filty, the whole building was dirty and smelled bad. I choose not to stay after the front desk switched my room because I told her how bad the first room was. The second room was just as filthy and she willingly refunded my money. She did have great customer service and it wasn't her fault the rooms was dirty.

Check in and out staff was polite and helpful. On the other hand the hotel facilities are not in good condition, the elevator and the room was dirty, mold on tub walls and dust everywhere. But the moat disturbing was the bed bugs. Left bitten and itching. Will not return.

The room I was initially assigned looked as if someone tried to kick in the door. I had a room with 2 queen beds. One of the beds had dirty sheets, and the other bed looked as if a child made it up. The bathroom tub had black hair on it in several places, and bathroom door had drops of what looked liked blood on it.

I was VERY disappointed& concerned about the cleanliness of the Comfort Inn.My family stayed Thurs - Sun. The trash cans were NOT emptied the whole time. We didnt have the dont disturb sign on either. I even went to the front desk to request trash removal& clean linen. We got 3 sets of bath towels the last night? I asked the maid if she could empty my trash& give me fresh towels while in the hall after telling the front desk. She told me she couldnt help me cause she was about to get off? Where is the good customer service? I was very disappointed! Surely, there is some health codes or standards especially during COVID times about regulae trash removal? WOW! Wont be staying there again!!!

The room could have been cleaner. Couch was stained with crumbs on it. Refrigerator handle was sticky and the headboard had some kind of greasy substance on it. The hotel was close to the airport, so it was tolerable for one night.

Multiple carpet stains, a bathtub stain, and dirt in the microwave. There were more stains than I have ever seen in any hotel. I brought it up to the overnight concierge (she was rude upon our initial encounter)and she said that they were under new management and that there were no other rooms available. The stairway was dirty as well. I would never stay there again. Believe all of the bad reviews.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!Starting from my arrival to departure. When I arrived one of the guys had a very none approachable attitude,I spoke he didn’t speak back. Got checked in to my room and noticed that the appearance wasn’t like it is online. It was staining on the ceilings and staining on one of the bed sheets, I’m not sure what type of staining it was but to me it looked like old blood stains which instantly grossed me out! I inform the front desk and they moved me into another room and omg the room had the worst smell ever! It smelled like urine and once again the ceilings was stained, walls was stained and dirty, carpet was nasty and one the beds had a sour smell to it therefore the bed was never used do to the smell, the next day one of the the housekeepers came and change only the sheets but never came back to replace the bed comforter therefore that night I had to go and asked the front desk for covering because the housekeeper never came back. The furniture is old and dingy look kind of worn out but judging off the front desk and lobby area you will not think that the rooms look and smell the way that they do. Also, there were big bugs on the floor over by the pool area. The back bed was never used because of the sour stench smell so thats a waste of money. Lastly I had an early flight to catch and nobody was at the desk to check me out I had to leave the key on the counter. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place I’m happy to be out of there!

The hotel staff were super nice, the only service issue we had was our key cards just stopped working and we had to go downstairs multiple times to get them fixed. The room was comfy, though upon entry there was a dead beetle on the carpet and our first night we had a light shining through our window that made it seem like it was still daylight out. Even with the curtains closed it was still shining through. Altogether it was a nice trip, just a few misses.

For the price I paid, this property was ok. It was old and dated, the door to the room refused to shut without a lot of effort, the tv didn’t work despite doing the same thing we did for the other tv. And for a room that size, there was only 1 chair to sit in other than on the bed and it tipped backward when you sat in it. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet for the most part. Staff were personable and helpful.

The staff was very nice and helpful but the place is very shabby compared to others in the same price group. The first room smelled bad and the TV was broken. The elavator was slow and creaky. Room was large, however, if that is impt to you.

There were a few problems with power blackouts and general wifi disruptions shutdowns. Staff were pleasant and as helpful as they could be. I like that they demonstrated a sense of community and taking care of those in the most need. The hotel furnishings are old, torn, and some are coming apart. The vinyl seat of the office chair in my room was faded, flaking vinyl, ripped, and left black residue on my pants. I had to keep a towel on the seat. I've stayed at this hotel two other times because it's close to the airport, convenient to the outlet stores, has a decent breakfast, and is affordable for business travel. The rooms could use a fresh coat of paint or a good washing.

We had booked a suite, but when I checked in, the desk person told me that they had to modify my service. She explained that the people in the room brought a dog (though this was a no pet facility) and that the room had to be deep-cleaned. She apologized profusely and said they gave us two rooms right across the hall from each other at no extra charge. When we checked out the next morning, as soon as I gave the room numbers, the person at the desk (not the same as the night before) apologized once again for the inconvenience. I commend the staff for the professional way they handled the situation. We were in town for my daughter's graduation, and the staff helped make the weekend truly wonderful all the way around.

Someone had thrown up in the elevator and after several people spoke to the front desk "Carrie" she said it would have to wait until the cleaning person came in. This was very disturbing and disappointing for my 80 year old mother to see with her coming into town to see her Grandson return from deployment.

Just needed a reasonable place to stay close to the airport. Airport shuttle was appreciated but was late. Front desk staff was efficient but not so friendly. Neighborhood was ok but may not have been the safest. Rooms were clean, up too early for breakfast but they had good coffee/tea out. I’d stay here again, a sufficient airport hotel

Front desk attendant and staff were all really pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located near the outlets and plenty of restaurants. The room was a little outdated. My only real complaint would have to be that the breakfast area is pretty small so it got pretty congested. There were people everywhere trying to get their breakfast and some overflowed into the lobby to find seating.

The property was good. Check in was super easy Hotel room looked clean, the breakfast options in the morning were pretty good considering the price point of the room. I liked that the Starbucks was within a 1 minute walk also Jersey Mikes, across the street you can find many more dining options. Overall the property was okay depending on your needs and budget the beach is a little to far for my taste.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The indoor pool was out of order, which was a little disappointing. The rough part of our stay was that our car was vandalized and attempted stolen in the parking lot over night. We did not realize this was a hazardous area of town when we booked. There was a security camera but it looked as though several other cars had been broken into previously on closer inspection the next day. It was an unfortunate end to our stay.

The hotel was in the peefect location, it is near shopping and great food places as well. The overall hotel was clean, minus the stair area. The only thing I did not like was they're suppose to serve breakfast everyday, and we told the kitchen was closed on that Friday. We stayed for two nights. Other than it was a great stay. It was 20 minutes away from the beach.

It was a nice room and very roomy. I should've chosen bigger beds and as a short person it was a challenge getting into the bed. The breakfast was pretty good. I thought the waffles were cute. The only thing is there could be a light in the shower as there was only lights over the sink. Everything else seemed fine.

The room carpet has stains in it. The pool was out of order. Only got breakfast one of the 3 mornings I was there. The first excuse for no breakfast was their truck didn't arrive & the second was the person who was supposed to handle it didn't come to work. The staff was friendly. The room was clean.

Everything was good until we went to breakfast. We came in as breakfast was ending and the lady on service started cleaning when we were done getting our food. My problem was watching her clean. She wiped down the counters and machine's with the same dirty towel and then proceeded to blow on the waffle maker to get rid of the crumbs. Watching her blow on it after my family had sat down to eat waffles made us all stop and stare. Blowing spreads germs! With flu and covid still lingering, seeing that made us all throw our food away. Please teach you staff a proper way to clean counters, tables and equipment.

Bed was good. Carpeting had a stain. Shower did not get hot one day. Most disappointing was the quality of food for breakfast. Because of that Comfort Inn and Suites, and other Choice Hotel properties, are off my list. Add to that the lady maintaining the breakfast area started talking food away fifteen minutes before the allotted time. Staff was friendly and professional.

I called the office to see if they're still offering breakfast. They said YES. I woke up next day and they said they won't be serving it today. Super pissed off and I got ripped off for the price I paid for!

The pool was nice, had great breakfast daily and I liked they switched it up for the hot breakfast which was nice, the hotel itself was pretty clean but lots of things wrong. Missing or broken door handles, our room door wouldn’t shut unless it was slammed, the shower leaked the whole time.

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful when asked. Photos of the rooms on line are excessively misleading. Our room looked nothing like what was illustrated. Furnmiture was cracked and chipping, lighting was horrendous, one bedside table and one lamp. Old lounger and couch appeared just thrown together against a wall, along with 2 huge hassocks. Had to call for assistance with the TV 3 times, the safe, and the coffee maker. Staff responded but didn't fix the problems. Room was not cleaned for our 3 day stay, although towels were replaced by going to the front desk. A wheelchair was available with no charge. This hotel is in dire need of upgrading if you expect to continue charging the same price.

Smelled like weed in the parking lot. There was a party and the lobby was loud and congested. The front desk clerk and I could barely hear each other. She had a plate of food wrapped in foil on the counter beside the keyboard. I had to ask for a 2nd key card (yes, my reservation indicated two people. There was a crowd of people lingering at the elevator (only one). The smoke alarm went off requiring a fire truck to come to the property. The hotel is NOT worth the money I paid. I honestly felt like I got ripped off. Thankfully I only had to stay one night but never ever will I go back. Parking was hideous. Check out was simple and easy.
