No parking close to room door. Bed and pillows were awful. I’m handicapped and could barely use the toilet. There is an extra $25.55 charge from this establishment on my credit card. What is it for? No one can tell me. STAY ELSEWHERE!

There were business' close by, but we checked in late and out at check out time. No, real time to check out shops. Parking was fine, someone had our parking spot, but someone else probably had theirs. This is an older property and I assumed privately owned, so there were areas of obvious repairs. As with most of these units at any such motel, the repairman doesn't seem to take much pride in the looks of their work. This tends to make the rooms less clean looking than they really are. We felt it was clean enough for what it was. We are on a fixed income,so I try to pick the most reasonably priced rooms without getting dumps. I have picked out a few of those in our travels, pictures don't tell the whole truth. It's a no frills place. If you want the lap of luxury then keep on drivin' and pay out the big bucks! But, if you just need to catch a few Z's and Tv it's fine.

Representative seemed like he was on drugs. Room smelled of smoke, sheets looked dirty, poor water pressure, bathroom door couldn't be closed/ latched, tv didnt work and there were people acting sketchy outside.

Most recent reviews on google were pretty deceiving. The room was not remodeled, the smell of mold/mildew hit us in the face when we walked in, floor was uneven under the old carpet. Bed not comfortable, bathroom had no caulking along the floor and was very dirty. Window a/c in the wall did not work well. Check in was very weird….gentleman wasn’t sure if we had paid or not. This room was definitely not worth the $80. It was a $50 dollar hotel in a “red” crime rate part of town. They had no refunds posted in the office so we knew that would be futile. Just glad we were only staying a few hours before heading to the airport for a flight out. At least there wasn’t bugs that we saw?

The room and even the entire property overall were clean. In pretty decent shape. Bed was comfortable, went to sleep almost as soon as I laid down. Staff is friendly.

We did not stay. The room was dark, dank and smelled. I had to climb up on a table and then on the bathroom counter to turn on the A/C unit. I looked down and there were 3 huge spiders in the bathroom sink. We decided we were not staying there and left. Found a cleaner hotel at a Fairfield Inn.

We needed a place to stay in a pinch and picked this one to get thru one night. The front desk manager was very nice and helpful. The rooms were small but fairly clean. There were obvious things on the carpet that showed it either hadnt been vacuumed or they just didnt pick up bottle caps off the floor. There was no bathroom mirror over the sink to do makeup and such things. The beds were pretty comfortable and clean.
We needed a place to stay in a pinch and picked this one to get thru one night. The front desk manager was very nice and helpful. The rooms were small but fairly clean. There were obvious things on the carpet that showed it either hadnt been vacuumed or they just didnt pick up bottle caps off the floor. I was assigned the room, designated non-smoking. When I entered, it reeked of cigarette smoke, and the detector was removed from the wall and atop the curtains above the window. On the dresser were a pizza box, a half-eaten can of Spaghetti-O's, a plastic container with food residue and an unopened can of Milwaukee's Best. The flapper in the toilet tank was defective, as it continue to refill itself with water. Dead bugs were found in the bathtub and sink, and the floor was uneven and creaky. The hatch to the attic was open, so I had to get up to close it to better control the temperature. There was excessive noise from other rooms and outside after hours, and the police and ambulance paid a visit to one of the other rooms prior to my departure. I can only speculate what that was about, but I have a good idea... I very rarely and randomly saw staff at the desk or on the grounds, and would not have felt safe there if I were of the opposite sex and traveling solo.

Well check in was bumpy. No where did it say I had to put dow a $50 deposit. It took them Abit to find my reservation and the only thing plugged in in the room was a lamp and fridge nothing else was even plugged in they still had the cords wrapped up and the worst part was the it had random stains and burns all over it. If I would have known that I would have put 30 of that $50 on a room and gotten a room at the hotel just down the road

Worst experience ever didn’t stay the night. This is a party druggie motel. Do not take your children there, my daughter was so scared we had to find a different motel. Door wouldn’t even lock motel staff no help.

Owners have made an attempt to upgrade, but the building is old. The 2nd level walkway was slanted and the floor in the room was incredibly uneven. The sheets looked and smelled OK, but the place still gave off a No-Tell Motel vibe. The taxi driver also indicated it was a place that many unreputable peole frequented. The bed was actually comfortable, but i wouldn't recommend it unless you have no other ooption.opchoice .

Because I used Expedia, I was not allowed to check in until 4 PM even though there were rooms for occupancy. Eventually, they accommodated me, but not without a hassle. You had to stand on a table in the room to turn on the air conditioner. He made coffee, especially for me at 5:30 in the morning, which was greatly appreciated.

The air conditioning was not upbto par n we were suppoed to get queen beds n we got full size bed...n could smell mold in room...n language barrier difficult to explain things ....asked for a deposit n then had to check room like we were criminals n watched us bring our bag outside to vehicle..knowing we were in a company wrecker w logo n number on it.....very dissatisified n disappointed that i used my free nite coupon on this stay.

The room and even the entire property overall were clean. In pretty decent shape. Bed was comfortable, went to sleep almost as soon as I laid down. Staff is friendly.

Well check in was bumpy. No where did it say I had to put dow a $50 deposit. It took them Abit to find my reservation and the only thing plugged in in the room was a lamp and fridge nothing else was even plugged in they still had the cords wrapped up and the worst part was the it had random stains and burns all over it. If I would have known that I would have put 30 of that $50 on a room and gotten a room at the hotel just down the road

Cleaning lady was a total sweetheart and the gentleman i originally dealt with the night i got there was hellful and took my id instead of a 50 dollar deposit i didnt have, however while the gentleman i dealt w every morning was helpful giving us extra time to checkout and not freaking out about us having 2 friends over almost daily like they do at alot of other places, he did however ask me to not use expedia and just go straight thru him to book and hed charge anywhere from 10 to 20 more than expedia.

Because I used Expedia, I was not allowed to check in until 4 PM even though there were rooms for occupancy. Eventually, they accommodated me, but not without a hassle. You had to stand on a table in the room to turn on the air conditioner. He made coffee, especially for me at 5:30 in the morning, which was greatly appreciated.

There were business' close by, but we checked in late and out at check out time. No, real time to check out shops. Parking was fine, someone had our parking spot, but someone else probably had theirs. This is an older property and I assumed privately owned, so there were areas of obvious repairs. As with most of these units at any such motel, the repairman doesn't seem to take much pride in the looks of their work. This tends to make the rooms less clean looking than they really are. We felt it was clean enough for what it was. We are on a fixed income,so I try to pick the most reasonably priced rooms without getting dumps. I have picked out a few of those in our travels, pictures don't tell the whole truth. It's a no frills place. If you want the lap of luxury then keep on drivin' and pay out the big bucks! But, if you just need to catch a few Z's and Tv it's fine.

Most recent reviews on google were pretty deceiving. The room was not remodeled, the smell of mold/mildew hit us in the face when we walked in, floor was uneven under the old carpet. Bed not comfortable, bathroom had no caulking along the floor and was very dirty. Window a/c in the wall did not work well. Check in was very weird….gentleman wasn’t sure if we had paid or not. This room was definitely not worth the $80. It was a $50 dollar hotel in a “red” crime rate part of town. They had no refunds posted in the office so we knew that would be futile. Just glad we were only staying a few hours before heading to the airport for a flight out. At least there wasn’t bugs that we saw?

The only issue we had was cops showed up and created alot of noise. Somebody and there family was arguing for good part of the night and we were there for only anout 5 hours. Just trying to get some sleep.

Worst experience ever didn’t stay the night. This is a party druggie motel. Do not take your children there, my daughter was so scared we had to find a different motel. Door wouldn’t even lock motel staff no help.

Owners have made an attempt to upgrade, but the building is old. The 2nd level walkway was slanted and the floor in the room was incredibly uneven. The sheets looked and smelled OK, but the place still gave off a No-Tell Motel vibe. The taxi driver also indicated it was a place that many unreputable peole frequented. The bed was actually comfortable, but i wouldn't recommend it unless you have no other ooption.opchoice .

I was assigned the room, designated non-smoking. When I entered, it reeked of cigarette smoke, and the detector was removed from the wall and atop the curtains above the window. On the dresser were a pizza box, a half-eaten can of Spaghetti-O's, a plastic container with food residue and an unopened can of Milwaukee's Best. The flapper in the toilet tank was defective, as it continue to refill itself with water. Dead bugs were found in the bathtub and sink, and the floor was uneven and creaky. The hatch to the attic was open, so I had to get up to close it to better control the temperature. There was excessive noise from other rooms and outside after hours, and the police and ambulance paid a visit to one of the other rooms prior to my departure. I can only speculate what that was about, but I have a good idea... I very rarely and randomly saw staff at the desk or on the grounds, and would not have felt safe there if I were of the opposite sex and traveling solo.

Estacionamento excelente e facil. O quarto era bom mas com cheiro de cigarro e pre isava cuidados. O chuveiro dexou a desejar. O cafe estava disponível na recepção desde que fosse solicitado. No geral, hotel razovel.

The first room we stayed in was not in good shape. But the next time we stayed in was much better and well put together. So over all i give them just okay for a budget option. There are better options but this one works in a pinch.

Washcloths and towels were a bit thin and the shower floor was slippery with no mat to help keep your balance. Air conditioner was a window style and a bit loud but cooled the room nicely. The bed and pillows were very comfy and I got a good night sleep. If you are just looking for a place to crash for the night, this is fine.

When I checked in they wanted a $50 dollar cash depost?? Told her I didn't have cash and she just handed me the key anyways? The room had damage all over it, and it stunk horrible of cigarette smoke (even though it was a non smoking room). One one of the outlets in the whole room worked, there was no toilet paper in the room at all, there were stains on the white towels (when you look at priceing for a room to stay in Springfield and this is the cheapest option....there is a reason for that).
