Nice stay. Vintage place. Good breakfast and helpful and cordial staff. On a con you won't find lifts etc and you will have to carry luggage on stairs in case this affects you.

Clean & spacious room with good sized bathroom (bat & shower in most cases). Dog friendly. The bar serves one of the best pints of Felinfoel Double Dragon in town. Service is excellent with helpfully & very friendly staff. A good quality breakfast. I have stayed here on many occasions. In fact i shall be staying here again tonight being the 3rd time in 5 weeks.

I have stayed here many times. I can't emphasise how much i enjoy this hotel. It has a class all of it's own and you won't find a more convenient hotel anywhere in Haverfordwest. Lovely staff. A very nice breakfast. It's quiet, comfortable and warm ( which is more than you can say for a Premier Inn on a cold night). Excellent, excellent value for money. Dog friendly too.

Very nice hotel. Safe and quiet. It is not very good for people with mobility problems. Steep stairs to climb. No lift. Please be aware of this because i struggled with the stairs. Breakfast good.

If you are looking for a modern hotel it's not for you. The Mariner's is full of charm with friendly staff, pleasant rooms and bar and a good breakfast. We had a nice stay and would stay again being convenient to walk into Haverfordwest. Also, good to know there is a large private car park.

As a constant traveller, I really prefer these older hotels with their big rooms and spacious bathrooms. Lovely staff, from reception to the restaurant and bar staff. Great home made steak and ale pie for dinner. Room was brightly lit, a big desk for working, lots of sockets and great WiFi. Thank you all.

Don't call yourselves dog friendly if you are not. Dogs are allowed in the rooms but not in the restaurant. First time I've ever encountered that. We were given a choice. Either leave the dog in the room whilst we ate breakfast or have it outside. Good job it wasn't raining.

Great stay in this hotel, food and staff were excellent, shame the building is very tired which is apparent in the rooms, black mould on the windows and nets, just needs someone with deep pockets to revitalise it.

We were told upon arrival that there was no hot water available, it was too late for us to find an alternative hotel, they could have contacted us earlier in the day. In addition the hotel and rooms are very tired a the room I used had a nasty smell.

Very helpful and pleasant staff, without exception. Clean rooms. Plenty of hot water, shower could have been a bit more powerful, but more than adequate. Only slight downside, the corridors smelt a little musty. But this didn’t detract from the stay. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly staff, the family room was very spacious with a large double and a full single bed. The front of house staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great quality. The hotel would benefit from modern decor but perhaps it was part of the charm.

The hotel is in an old building with a lot of character. Our room was spacious and clean. Food in the restaurant available on the dinner menu was reasonably priced and of good quality. Parking was easy with plenty of parking spaces available. The only downside is that the furniture, carpets, room doors, wallpaper etc. date back to late seventies/early eighties. Hence a refurbishment of rooms would be a good idea.

The hotel was easy to find, and the service was really good went the extra mile. Location central to town centre walking distance to shop, but peaceful location. Really big room, could have done with a bigger bed. Overall a very great.

If you are looking for a modern hotel it's not for you. The Mariner's is full of charm with friendly staff, pleasant rooms and bar and a good breakfast. We had a nice stay and would stay again being convenient to walk into Haverfordwest. Also, good to know there is a large private car park.

The hotel was easy to find, and the service was really good went the extra mile. Location central to town centre walking distance to shop, but peaceful location. Really big room, could have done with a bigger bed. Overall a very great.

This is an old building with many stairs and levels. The room was fine. Lighting was a bit dim in the toilet and the room initially had a lingering smell of cleaning chemicals though that dissipated. The evening meal was OK and the beer was in good condition showing someone knows how to keep real ale. The breakfast was excellent! Suggest that an addition of a USB port in the bedroom would be good.

Clean & spacious room with good sized bathroom (bat & shower in most cases). Dog friendly. The bar serves one of the best pints of Felinfoel Double Dragon in town. Service is excellent with helpfully & very friendly staff. A good quality breakfast. I have stayed here on many occasions. In fact i shall be staying here again tonight being the 3rd time in 5 weeks.

The hotel is in a great location and I did have a good night’s sleep, but overall it’s quite dated and a bit run down. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made a positive difference. I had dinner in the restaurant, the food was fine, but the atmosphere was a little awkward with only one other local couple dining. Breakfast was decent, with a cooked option plus cereal and fruit. Fine for a short stay, but the place could do with some modernisation.

The room was warm, clean and comfortable. The staff were efficient, friendly and welcoming. Evening meal and breakfast were enjoyed in a comfortable atmosphere with attentive staff. Easy and safe free car parking onsite. A lovely stay. Thank you.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast included (with good vegan options!). We stayed here after a trip to Skomer Island, and it was ideal.

Staff And Facilities Was Great.. Clean And Tidy Good. A Little Dissapointed In Menu,Choices They Were Not To Good A Little Lacking. And The Start Time For Breakfast Was Late On Sunday Morning 08.30 So Was Not Able To Have My Meal Only Toast And/Or Cereal To Start My Day...But I Would Use This Hotel Again.

A really nice hotel, a little old school rabit warren to fjnd the room but thats because its an old building. Staff were very friendly, bar well stocked and comfortable and a fantastic full English breakfast.

The rooms are a little dated but clean. Pleasant stay with friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious- good variety to choose from the menu. Evening meal was super. Home cooked food and tasty. Would recommend to anyone passing through and would come back again.

We have just had a fantastic 3 night stay at the Hotel Mariners. The location was perfect for travelling to Skomer Island (30 mins away) but still have the convenience of restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As we had not planned anything for our second day, we asked for suggestions and picked on seeing the lily ponds at Bosherton. The day did not disappoint and the views of the beach were spectacular. We ate in one night and the food was delicious. The only thing that could have improved our stay, was a more powerful fan during the extreme heat!
