Room was clean but no frills. Front desk staff where accommodating. I was originally put next to a room with pet and asked for a different room. Which was changed immediately. Parking was sufficient given the hotel is on a hill. Breakfast was limited but the coffee was decent. My only complaint is a staff the morning I was checking out. The person loudly was talking on the personal phone call about a person threatening to harm them and that they were going to reciprocate. There was a lot of cussing and no apology when staff saw me walking by. This was in a closet with the door open by the main lobby. Otherwise the stay was sufficient for my adult son and my needs. I would book again if I was in the area.

I can’t stress this enough… do not book a room here!! Outside the property was gross. There was throw up and broken glass in the parking lot, and dog feces everywhere. The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and weed, even though it’s supposed to be a smoke free hotel. We had one pleasant staff member at check in, but the rest we dealt with were rude and incompetent. Our room was not clean, and was without the microwave they advertise all of their rooms are supposed to have. Literally the most unpleasant stay I’ve ever had, anywhere.

I chose this location based on the description of newly renovated rooms, 50 inch TV, and the kitchenette. The hotel is currently under renovations they are not complete. The lobby and hallways are ripped up, there was a large bin full of debris in the hall making it difficult to get by with bags. The room doesn't look like the pictures making me think that not all the rooms have been renovated. The kitchenette was pretty beat up but clean. Unfortunately no plates, bowls, pans or anything in the room , had to go to front desk to ask for some. The shower drained slowly, and there was nothing more than a bar of soap, no shampoo or conditioner. The TV wasn't working correctly, had to use a streaming service, but the aTV was stuck in some kind of retail display mode? There was a pop up advertising some of the TVs features that couldn't be closed out, very annoying. The breakfast wasn't very impressive, and there was no regular cream available, just imitation flavored cream for the coffee. If you're just looking for someplace to sleep for a night it's not too bad, the bed was comfortable. I do wish I'd stayed at the other hotel in the area, it was similar in price. If you're looking fnir a similar price.

Kim at the front desk was wonderful. She was able to make everyone feel safe during a 2 day blizzard.

The biggest disappointment was the dirty sheets with hair, blood stains and torn pillows.
