The front desk woman with straight brown hair 6/3/23 was PHENOMENAL. Super friendly & helpful. The pool is gorgeous & rooms very clean. Only complaint is the signage finding the hotel. A bit off the road & a little confusing.

The common areas, lobby, and hotel corridors were immaculately kept. The parking lot was well lit. Bed linens and towels were Hilton brand standard and clean. Unfortunately, the carpet in guest room needed to be cleaned, the refrigerator needed to be defrosted, the paint on the toilet seat was flaking off and there was no alarm clock in the room.

We were not told in advance about renovations being done at the site. Afternoon and evening was noisy with power tools being operated down the hall from us. Also, because of renovations, hallway was dusty.

The first room we checked in smelled like smoke. So, she kindly moved us to a different room with two double beds. The pillows need to be changed out. The pillowcases smell bad, and the inside pillow covering has turned a weird yellow color. Needs updating. And the hotel itself just needs some air freshening and extra TLC & cleaning… bed was OK but, probably my least favorite Hampton I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was good. (except coffee was weak)

This property was clean and looked new. It had a good breakfast. The staff was very pleasant. All of the requests that I applied to my reservation was done. The only negative comments that I have is; the entrance from the road to the property was not well marked or well lit. We would not have been able to find the 2 turns from the road into the driveway without google maps. There was a very small unlit sign at the entrance to the property without good line of sight to the actual hotel or parking. After dark was almost impossible to see and we actually had already been there to check in when it was daylight.

Stayed 2 nights. The Hotel and room were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was built beside and behind a Walmart. All night I could hear the backup beepers on the forklifts at Walmart. DIdn't get much sleep either night.

Breakfast was amazing and beds were very comfortable. It sits back away behind everything which makes it nice and quiet but a bit odd to get to. Great stay and would definitely recommend.

Very good stay. Was checked in Kaitlen and she did really well. Very good service and the checkout was easy. Only had two problems, first was the shower door hanging off when we arrived and the maintenance fixed that. However it was still hard to use. Second problem was the A/C. Didn't cycle like I thought it should Would have it turned off and would still come on.

Quick stay, cant complain. Easy check in, decent free breakfast, clean spacious room, good location. If you forgot or need items, you can literally walk to Walmart thru the grass, and restaurants close by. Far enough off the main road so it is quiet. Bed wasnt the most comfortable but not a big deal for a few nights. Only abojt a 50min drive to Huntsville. Will be staying here again when back in this area.

When I booked this hotel, it said it slept 5. When we got into the room, there wasn’t a pull out couch like most other hotels who sleep 5. We went to the front and they would not give us a roll away bed due to fire code. We were told it was our responsibility to figure out how to sleep 5. We will never stay at these hotel chains again. Horrible customer service when we needed it most and impossible to sleep 5 people even when it’s advertised as such.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn Suites was wonderful. Two of the front desk folks went out of their way to accommodate our family of 5 upon check in and our first night. The breakfast area was clean and modern, the room was comfortable and all of the employees were friendly and inviting. This will be our go to hotel when we visit our Scottsboro family.

I visit town once every 3 months to visit family. First time staying. Check in Joesph was absolutely welcoming. Noticed how tired we was pointed to their hot cocoa and coffee bar. With text services He checked daily if anything was needed. Breakfast bar was FANTASTIC and each section was tasty. Can taste quality. The room was perfect and clean. Not clean like most places clean i mean the metals around the shower were SPOTLESS. When we walked in there was a noted giving us a welcome feeling by the person who cleaned the room and prepared it for us. The little touches most places skip are the ones we believe count and make the stay. Thank you Ellie May. This Hotel will be where we will stay each visit. Thank you for what you do.

The people were rude. The room was dirty and they didn’t provide any maid service without a 24 hour notice. Dont let the name fool you. I’ve stayed in many Hilton owned hotels including this Hampton inn in Scottsboro Alabama for fishing trips. I won’t stay there or any of them again.

Stayed 2 nights. The Hotel and room were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was built beside and behind a Walmart. All night I could hear the backup beepers on the forklifts at Walmart. DIdn't get much sleep either night.

This property was clean and looked new. It had a good breakfast. The staff was very pleasant. All of the requests that I applied to my reservation was done. The only negative comments that I have is; the entrance from the road to the property was not well marked or well lit. We would not have been able to find the 2 turns from the road into the driveway without google maps. There was a very small unlit sign at the entrance to the property without good line of sight to the actual hotel or parking. After dark was almost impossible to see and we actually had already been there to check in when it was daylight.

The Inn was very difficult to locate. The area has many roads coming together and the GPS is not at all helpful. We finally found the Inn after locating the Walmart. We could see the Inn but could not find the road that would take us to the Inn so popped a wheelie over the curb of the Walmart into the parking lot of the Inn. Driving out we made a note on how to get back but it was still a challenge as we returned from a different direction. There is no visable signage until you find the obscure left hand turn to the left side of the home depot parking lot. The road is curvy and dark and will end you up in a bog if you manage to run off the curvy road. Very nice new property in a central location if you can get there.

It was clean. Walking distance to walmart. Finding the entrance to get there was a little tricky my GPS was sending me to go behind home depot, but its actually the road next to home depot. It looks like a dead end road but you have to turn left.

The only improvement I can think of is better signage for where to turn off the main road. We went on something of a wild goose chase, even using Google maps because the Hampton Inn sign was so small and didn't stand out. Otherwise, it was just perfect.

Quick stay, cant complain. Easy check in, decent free breakfast, clean spacious room, good location. If you forgot or need items, you can literally walk to Walmart thru the grass, and restaurants close by. Far enough off the main road so it is quiet. Bed wasnt the most comfortable but not a big deal for a few nights. Only abojt a 50min drive to Huntsville. Will be staying here again when back in this area.

Everything was great. The only negative is the hotel is difficult to get to - it is almost in the Walmart parking lot but there is only one road that leads to the hotel and it can only be accessed from the Home Depot parking lot. Tricky.

All the people we interacted with were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good. They provided directions on were we shop for some things that we needed.

The first room we checked in smelled like smoke. So, she kindly moved us to a different room with two double beds. The pillows need to be changed out. The pillowcases smell bad, and the inside pillow covering has turned a weird yellow color. Needs updating. And the hotel itself just needs some air freshening and extra TLC & cleaning… bed was OK but, probably my least favorite Hampton I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was good. (except coffee was weak)

Breakfast was amazing and beds were very comfortable. It sits back away behind everything which makes it nice and quiet but a bit odd to get to. Great stay and would definitely recommend.

Hotel was a little tricky to get to. Could see it, but could not easily get to it. Once we did, everything was wonderful.Breakfast was great. Very well stocked.

Room was very clean and comfortable bed. Super soft towels and shower water pressure was excellent. Tub was slippery however I put hand towel on bottom it worked great. Breakfast was delicious and lots to choose from. Staff was really nice. I definitely will stay here again when I travel through.

Very clean hotel. It’s what I’ve come to expect from a Hilton property. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside is finding the hotel because it’s location is awkward but once you find it, it’s amazing!

It was so humid in the room that our sheets were damp. We had to sleep on top of the covers with a blanket we brought. Sheets had hair on them and we had to call to get them changed. Bathroom floor had hair on it. Pool was closed and we had brought swimsuits and floats to hang out with family. Couldn’t do that due to pool being out of service. My son’s room smelled like pet urine and when they texted the hotel they didn’t even offer to move them. When I texted all of my complaints to the number that texted and asked me how my stay was so far, I got no reply at all. Very disappointed. I will say that the breakfast and coffee was good.
