I stayed on the first floor, all the way to the right at the end of hall. I had NO HOT WATER at all, and very little water pressure when I tried to use the shower the next morning! I had to check out without showering that morning because I had to get to a project meeting. When I checked out, the attendant stated that they thought they had the problem fixed and that they thought it was on the opposite end of the first floor. He took my name and number and said he would notify management. The stay was on 4/7, and I have not been contacted as of yet. A simple refund or a free night would be the appropriate way to remedy the situation.

The room was clean. That was good. The shower head was in need of replacement. There was no hot water during our two night stay. When we inquired about the lack of hot water we were told that the hotel was “booked.” Well, I would think that the facility should be prepared for that. Apparently the hot water system needs an upgrade.
