Room was very dirty. Ended up leaving a night early due to mold, started having allergy attack. Pool was freezing cold and had an awful smell.

Check in was easy and fast. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good and lots of different options. Room was not the cleanest!!! Cobwebs were hanging from the curtains. Lots of dust on the lamps. Cobwebs in between wall and cabinets. I might think twice about staying again. The price was great but expected the room to be cleaner for the price.

The room was clean. One key card work and the other didn't. Asked to fix it still same problem. It was manageable. The pool is not heated and it was very cold getting into it. Its one of the better stays I had stayed in Kalamazoo area.

Hotel and a lot of bugs. The heater was broken and would just spew out hot hot hot heat. I had to get issued keys everyday because they stopped working after one night. The towels are dingy and smell so bad like mildew. I will NEVER stay there again. I also suggest no one ever stays there. Go find somewhere else.

I do not like the way my room was I saw a roach in the bathroom there was holes in the bathroom and also wall paint is chipping off they even stop refilling the breakfasts
