Room was nice but I took 3 tries to get a clean room. The first two I walked in and the rooms had not been clean. The receptionist then took me to a room to make sure it was cleaned. Secondly they had one receptionist then a few minutes later a second receptionist came but by that time there were 10 to 15 people in line waiting to check in. Why don’t you online check-in as many of your competitors have.

Hotels.com overbooked the hotel. I did not get a room and Hotels.com refused to refund my payment. I contacted my credit card company bank and as soon as the charge posts to my account I will dispute the charge.

The hotel is in need of renovating and cleaning. Check in was several hours late and hotel did not allow one person in our party to check in early even though another room of ours checked in five hours late. Asked for extra towels and they said it would be a hour and then we didn’t get any at all. Rooms and common areas are not clean. Breakfast was subpar. Hotel is in need of a total makeover.

Room was clean and updated and beds were comfy! Breakfast was mediocre at best, minimal options and not very tasty or clean. Front desk staff was not friendly. Hotel was way overpriced for Junction City and didn't know there was a $100 deposit on top of your nightly stay. Won't stay again if we can help it.
