Aufenthalt für 2 Nächte
Leider verlief die erste Nacht nicht so gut. Aufgrund von Umbauarbeiten hatten wir ein nerviges geklacker im Bad bei der Absaugung, trotz Tür zu war es zu hören. Was sehr gut war ohne Probleme haben wir in der 2ten Nacht ein neues Zimmer bekommen was auch noch eine Suite war. Frühstück muss man so mögen kann aber auf eigene Kosten was anderes bestellen. Im Hotel gibt es ein sehr teures aber leckeres Steakhouse. Einziger Minus Punkt 70 Dollar Sebstparker und 100 für Valley Parking. Die Preise sind Frech.

This probably won't matter to most, but on principle, I will not be back and wouldn't recommend this hotel as they falsely advertise their parking situation. It's posted as $35 for self-park and $70 for valet. STEEP, but we're only here two nights, it's vacation, no worries. I get the bill and it's nearly $140!!!!!!!!!!! Nearly DOUBLE what they advertise. Per day there's a random $3, $5 and $20 charge. I ask about the $20 because what kind of fee is almost as much as the parking?? They had the audacity to tell me it's for marketing, security, etc. MARKETING FOR A PARKING LOT????? Hyatt makes over $300M/year, don't marketing departments have their own budget?! It's 2026 and life is the most expensive it's ever been and you want your guests to pay for "security" over a parking lot? I didn't see a single security guard or attendant the entire time I was going in an out. There's a casino next door charging $15, do yourself a favor and just park there.

Absolutely amazing views of the falls! Upgraded to the full view, you will not be disappointed. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was so helpful and kind.

The hotel was really well maintained and the room was spacious and beautifully clean. We were on the 16th floor but had a perfect view of the horseshoe falls. Walkable to the falls and, although it wasn't open for our stay, the hotel is right next to the incline railway. Parking was very expensive but we chose to park at the Fallsview casino which cost us just $15 overnight and was a short walk from the hotel.

This was an absolute beautiful stay. The rooms were very nice and clean. We had the full view of the falls. The staff was AMAZING! The valet and all the guys outside, the folks helping you at the elevators. FANTASTIC!
