There were ants inside the main entrance. The room decorations were dusty. The brown curtains were oily from handprints. The sockets and plugs were dirty. The door lock was messy as if someone had intentionally spread something on the handle. The guests in the opposite room seemed like they live there, and had absolutely no consideration for anyone else. They walked up and down the corridor talking on their phones. They loudly quarrelled with each other. They blow dried their hair at 2am. It was not worthy of a first or second class hotel.

Hatte wenig Platz den Koffer abzustellen, Frühstück war perfekt, da kann man über das Kofferplatzproblem drüber weg sehen.

Zimmer sind sehr klein. Leider keine richtige Sitzmöglichkeit im Hotel. Nur eine Lounge für Member. Empfangsdame war sehr unfreundlich!! Wir sind 30 min bevor die Rezeption schließt angereist und wurden derart unfreundlich von der Dame behandelt. Wir musste erstmal 15 Minuten vor verschlossener Türe bei Minusgraden warten...

Nice, clean place. Friendly staff. The parking has EV charging stations, which were very convenient for us. Easy to use with a QR code and credit card.
