Mattress on pullout couch in first room was badly stained and lumpy/bumpy so had to change rooms. Mattress in the second room was clean but also lumpy and very uncomfortable and the pillow provided for that by the front desk was unusable. There were no hangers in the closet and the shelves in the closet were falling down.

Not expecting too much from Extended Stay hotel, but with a faucet that spills water, a shower head that is very old, a toilet seat about to fall out. On top of that, an extra bed sheet and a plate need to be requested from the front desk. I will not stay here next time.
