Stayed 1 night

For some weird reason there’s shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the bathroom, but no soap to shower with. Made no sense to me. Good thing I had my own soap. Secondly, I traveled with a fairly large group. They knew ahead of time that we were coming, but when we got there, tired and wanting to just call it a night because we had a long day and had to leave early in the morning, the person at the desk knew absolutely nothing about our group coming and had to slowly check us in one at a time. Ofcourse we were all pleasant, but we were all extremely annoyed as well, because what was the point of us making plans and calling ahead to let them know of the group size and everything, especially if there would only be one person on duty when we got there?

The staff at the front desk, amazing! Love the conversation. However, I feel with the location being right off the highway, the turnover is high, which means the upkeep of the property is suffering. The rooms were not clean (had to be moved into a different room). There were beer bottles and water bottles in the hallways and stairwells (stayed there for 4 days, it was never cleaned). The clean towels were severely stained, and so were the “clean sheets”. For the cleaning crew, maybe more detailed training would greatly improve the experience of the guest.

Stayed 1 night

The room we stayed in on the first floor was very humid and musty. It was decent enough for one night, but I probably would've said something about the dirt at the bottom of the comforter if it wasn't.
