Canopy by Hilton Osaka Umeda

The location is amazing, from the sky bridges to the station and mall, to the ability to walk to shops, laundry and green space. The room was large, amenities were good including fridge, nespresso and a wonderful walk in shower. Great service from the cleaning team each day. The gym is perfect and well provisioned w weights and cardio. Amazing view. We didn’t try any food here, no need, mall right there with food courts! I loved this hotel and it was so perfect to travel to other areas such as Kyoto and Hiroshima due to the rail links.

Have been to Osaka a few times now and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at there. Location is perfect, super close to Umeda and Shin-Osaka stations. Loads of places to eat nearby. Rooms are massive, bed very comfortable. Staff were so kind and competent. Definitely my main Osaka hotel for the future.

This is a great property breakfast is amazing however one small issue that can be a big issue. Taxi’s do not know where the drop off point is for this hotel. Coming in with luggage we were left in the middle of the street. The taxi had no idea where the drop off point was and this hotel is located in a busy business district. We could not find it ourselves. Once inside we found out it is in the parking garage at the back of the building.

Breakfast was outstanding. Location was excellent Service was also outstanding

Nice staffs, room is clean and the layout is good. Very comfortable to stay, highly recommended!
