The most awesome stay I ever had! The service is excellent out from Krabi airport arrival to the day we left via flight. We are covered with complimentary services, relaxing stay, good food, great cocktails, nicest staff service, great spa! I fell in love and intend to make this my yearly spot! Everything is so convenient during the stay. Requests and bookings via app. Staff is well attentive, all of them. Well priced. Private. Honeymooners should enjoy this place! We were here to unwind from busy hectic city working life and we did. Love it. 4 days of stay, none of the day we really want to leave the resort 😂

I’ve traveled all over the world, and this was the best stay I’ve ever had. They don’t let you lift a finger, even if you want to! I’ve never been so pampered in my life. The free transfer from the airport is much nicer than advertised - we had a private car with AC, free water, and their own private speedboat to the island. We didn’t carry a bag from the moment they picked us up until the moment they dropped us back off at the airport. The resort amenities are top notch, and they even upgraded us to a villa with a private pool. I am still in disbelief at how beautiful it was and everything that was included in the space… because it’s on a hill, they have buggies that bring you anywhere you want within the resort. The food and free breakfast were superior, the spa services left us in a stupor, and the convenience was incomparable. They even have their own app for you to access their services at the touch of a button, and they’re immediately responsive for any request you make. I feel spoiled and sad leaving, but will definitely be back. Book this place!

This was relly an amazing stay that I truly recommend. A tropical beach resort polished and improved over the years. Amazing service and staff, great overall facilities, food and reasonable prices. A superb value resort! There are some things I think they need to quickly change to maintain the high standards: 1 - definitely to renovate the hillside pool, some tiles are broken, others stained and with odd colors, as also some bricks around the pool and in the poll bell tower. And what happened to the pool foundations and under the pool walls?? It seems unfinished... also, the water in that pool was not nearly as clear as the beachside pool! Something should be done. 2 - the happy hour. I mean the idea is great and the prices are a bargain! However the place is not good, the bar has an odd design, there is not enough places for the guests to seat as everyone goes down there at the same time...the service suddenly falls down to a fraternity party standard due to the high demand! Why not allow happy hour in the pool bar also?? 3 - the room AC is a little noisy. 4 - what happened to the fake lake in the beginning of the hillside route? Totally off.. 5 - tiny detail but the room wooden blinds and curtains had some dust. Didn't find dust anywhere else.

Det var 4 gang vi besøgte Pimalai og vi blev ikke skuffet. Fra man bliver hentet i lufthavnen til man checker ud igen efter 8 dejlige dage, møder man en venlighed og service udover alle grænser. Vi nyder at opholde os på hotellet, og samtidig også muligheden for at spise og underholde sig i den nærliggende by. Dagens højdepunkt var Happy hour ved stranden, hvor solnedgangen dagligt kunne nydes. Kan også klart anbefale en tur i deres spa.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pimalai. The airport transfer was seamless and well organized. Upon arrival, we received a welcome drink and were informed that they upgraded us to a beachside villa. The villa was spacious, very clean, and had wonderful indoor/outdoor features! I got a massage at the spa and it was excellent. My only critique would be the food. Breakfast was good, but could be improved by trimming down the offerings and focusing on the freshness of buffet items. Unfortunately, I believe my husband got food poisoning from the smoked salmon (that was the only thing he ate that I did not). The three meals (other than breakfasts) that we ate at the hotel were okay, but did not seem worth the price. We found great food in the nearby village of Kantiang for the rest of the meals during our stay. We would highly recommend going to the local restaurants for lunch and dinner, only a short 10 min walk down the beach.

It’s not often I leave a review but when I receive exceptional service it’s important that it’s noted. From start to finish this hotel was impeccable and by that I mean, four seasons hotel standard - which is my benchmark. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was cleaned and inspected twice a day and the in room dining was sublime. I can be a picky person at times but there simply wasn’t anything that wasn’t perfect about this wonderful establishment and I shall definitely be back. I was a sole traveller but everyone made me feel so welcome. I did leave a tip but please thank all of the staff for being so amazing and I can’t wait to come back one day. If you are looking for a luxury holiday hotel with great service then look no further!

This place is amazing . The food is incredible. The breakfast is delightful. Dinner is pricey but worth it. But you can find cheaper options down the street or down the beach. We received an upgrade and our villa was fantastic. The only downside was rhe Muay Thai class. It wasn’t very good and wasn’t worth the money. Other than that 5 stars all around.

As soon as we stepped off the jetty from our arrival speedboat pick up we knew we were in good hands. The staff were always so friendly and helpful, we were on our honeymoon and they provided us with some many special touches, they went above and beyond and the villa was beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Amazing location and overall everything is of very high quality. Food was good and the staff could not be more welcoming and attentive. This was our first time ever at this property. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing time at this resort. It felt like an episode of White Lotus, we were treated with 5 star class and service from ever staff and the food was amazing. The price is on the higher side for Thailand but this hotel any where else would be $1,000’s a night. Hotel recommended 10 out of 10 times.
