Overall: spacious room, comfortable, nice and quiet. Multiple small maintenance issues due to water damage. Missing curtain pull. A/C stopped working from about 3 to 4AM. Nice breakfast, lots of options. Hardworking breakfast lady kept the breakfast stocked and tables clean. Could use more healthy options, also plain water, maybe some gentle music for the morning.

The first thing I saw entering the room was the desk chair which belonged indumpster, not in$200 hotel room Vinyl cover badly cracked and worn, completely worn off arms. Set a bad taste for whole room. The toilet would not stop running and frequently made a squealing sound due to a bad plunger seal. The sink faucet needed a new aerator. Turning the faucet on full resulted in a wild spray that would soak your front. The shower soap dispenser was detached from the wall and just sitting in the corner of the tub. Not what I expected from a Country Inn & Suites. It'll be a long time before I stay in another one.

Breakfast was not very good. The juice machine was broken and the eggs and sausage looked like they had been reheated multiple times. I got sick from the eggs… The room was excellent, despite a broken body wash holder and shifting toilet seat, staff was very helpful! Handicap parking is very limited to only a few spaces. I would recommend this hotel to travelers, but plan on eating breakfast somewhere else.
