Studio 6 Extended Stay Fairfield, OH - Cincinnati

The hallways smelled dogs barking and the side doors was left open for anyone to come in at 1am.

They do not let you check in after 10pm. But they will let you make and pay for the reservation. This shouldn't be allowed. You basically stole money from me. I would like a refund. This ridiculous.

No elevator, very dirty, smells bad when you walk in front door and in room, very old and torn up furniture, I was unable to stay at that motel because of the terrible conditions!

Tv would not work. No one to help resolve it until next day according to front desk. Door key would not work multiple times. I informed him I will be checking out in the morning annd need a refund for 2nd nights stay instead of staying another night. Every time I went to the lobby area I was breathing in marijuana skunk. Very unprofessional to have to walk past that every time I come in or out of the property. I went downstairs the next morning to check out and was told by a very rude girl I was marked as a no show the night before and I would have to talk with Hotels.com about getting my money back. Then, Hotels.com says they have to speak with them about it. So, who is going to refund me for the 2nd night’s stay? No one has called me back since the initial call in. Pretty upset spent 2 hours driving around town trying to find a reasonable rated hotel to stay in. So, apparently ended up paying twice for my 2nd night in town and your hotel still has my money for the 2nd night that I was not able to stay for. I did nothing wrong but I still had to pay? Please give me back the 2nd day I paid in advance.

We were checking in and they weren’t even sure if they had a room for us even though I booked a month ahead of time. Then there was a 70$ deposit I did not know about and would have budgeted for if so. I had to check out really early and there was no one there to do that so I set my key behind the counter even called the number and no one answered. Been trying to call to make sure everything was good and can not even talk to someone. I tried the reservation line but could not even understand the guy who was talking. Continued to try and call the front desk with no answer. I will not stay there again. It looks nothing like the pictures and I felt super uncomfortable there
