Gorgeous views! Nice, relaxing condo. Everything we needed was there. Very clean and well kept. The pool area was also nice. We will stay here again.

We loved this property. It had the best view. I wish the pool was open later and that there were more comfortable beds. Otherwise. Our stay was amazing!

Parking was easy and secure. Kitchen was lacking hot pads and a large skillet. Could have used an extra tea towel and dish rag or at least a dish drying rack. There was only one chair on the balcony in a unit for 4 people. A nail was sticking up on the threshold of the queen bedroom just about tore my foot up and nothing to hammer it back down with. The fireplace hearth had a large toenail clipping on it and it wasn’t ours. At 5:00 in the morning the smoke alarm started chirping. The lighting in the living room was poor. The ceiling/fan lights didn’t work the light pulls were broken and would not turn on. Could have used a crockpot. The beds were comfy and the appliances worked great. Unit itself could use an update living room ceiling has a large water stain, curtains could be updated in living room. Had beautiful views from balcony.

The place is nice—clean and cozy, with a bit of a musty smell but overall well-maintained. It’s a condo, and while the room itself is above average, the complex as a whole feels somewhat neglected (the pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, and outdoor heaters all look abandoned). There are no shops nearby, but the views definitely make up for it.

Not impressed with this stay. Stayed on the third floor again like last year. The drain was slow to drain the water while showering and pooled in the tub. The upstairs bedroom had a roach in it. The pool water was very cloudy unlike last time. Place must be under different management as it has been let go. Very disappointed in this stay and will not be back.

The area was nice but the condo we stayed in really needed attention. Some paint coming off the walls, toilet seat was cracked in front and behind. Carpet needs replaced. The swimming pools need attention as well. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The property was fantastic and very family friendly. Would have given 5 stars but the wifi didn't work. The pool was awesome and the views are to die for. If you're booking just remember families come here so if you're wanting quiet and private then book a cabin instead. Had some guy beat in our door and try to OPEN it at 9pm on a SATURDAY night because he didn't like that he could hear us walking above him. Besides that, check in was super easy and we loved the deck with gas firepits! Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

The unit is A104 was exceptionally clean.. the view was absolutely beautiful. The communication was very quick and accurate between myself and the property management company. The area with the pool was well maintained and we enjoyed it very much. Only complaint or I guess suggestion I would have. When I was booking the condo, the photos they have are misleading. I was expecting more of a updated unit from the photos I was looking at. And I assume those are options but the one that we stayed in was a little outdated. Carpet definitely needs to be changed out our deep cleaned. it wasn’t dirty, but definitely had set in stains. Outside on the balcony, the view was absolutely breathtaking. But I thought my daughter was going to have a mini heart attack when she first walked out because of spiderwebs that were accumulated around the balcony and one ugly spider looking at use. I obviously knocked it down. But maybe they could spray outside and housekeeping could make sure that is tidied as well. As I said the inside of the unit was very clean. Overall highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Nice area, view was awesome, shower was dirty, no extra blankets, it was cold at night and no way to change temperature, not allowed to use fireplace until November 1, only 3 washcloths for 3 people for 3 days.

Super clean and neat space! Plentiful towels and nice sheets. Easy in and out process. I apologize for not seeing the check out email and I did leave a small amount of trash in the bin. So sorry. Dishes and coffee pot is all clean. Thank you for a great stay. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The view is amazing. I had a very comfy bed and very nice towels, but the smell as you open the door being out and musty or cigarette smoke was horrible, and it just was not very clean as in the dusty and dirty above the couch as well as in the kitchen light there was lots of bugs dead And dead bugs along the patio door where you slide it back-and-forth it was a little rundown and outdated, but I love the area

We had an amazing stay here. It was clean and comfortable. The only things I have to say about our room is the dishwasher had an awful moldy smell. The bedroom upstairs also had no AC, just a small fan so it was too hot to sleep up there. Other than that, it was a great experience and we will be back.

Property badly needs updates, it’s definitely an older one. I’m sure the location makes it a bit more difficult to make major renovations as it’s on the side of the mountain. The view is gorgeous, and no issues getting into the area. Our unit was a two BR, with one queen and two twin beds, fine for our family of four. Beds were quite old, not comfortable. One of the kiddos slept on the couch but it wasn’t much better. Bathrooms were in poor shape as far as fixtures and need updates desperately. Overall a decent place for a base camp while visiting the area.

We had issue with door lock waited outside sometime around 15min to reset the password to enter the property, only one AC for the living room and bedroom the other bedroom has no AC, one nightstand was broken when we got there, after we left the management try to charge for it, even we had a video as evidence, so make sure you take pictures and video of the place if you needed for future reference. The location great, no noice, relaxing, great view from the balcony, parking front of the building. I really recommend and will visit again.

The internet never worked which was not good as my husband needed to use it for work. It was not quiet because we could hear every movement upstairs day and late into night. Sometimes it sounded like someone was coming through the ceiling. The surroundings and view were beautiful. The place is well maintained but very small.

The sign as you enter the resort says "Best View in the Smokies". This is no exaggeration. From our room, we had a 180 degree view of nothing but mountains, plus, we could see no visible buildings anywhere in that view. It was spectacular!

The unit itself is very outdated. The mattress was HORRIBLE. Easily 10 years old. The noise from the unit above (6 kids with a steel spiral staircase) was crazy loud. They stomped around like they were Irish River dancers until after midnight and the building is so old it sounds like they are coming through the ceiling.

Came to get away from our city life and relax and unwind. Unfortunately there was a huge family or stampede above us that stayed up all hours of the night and didn’t let us sleep. They would stomp around and drop things or run around at 2 am. So disappointed.

The unit was about 25 minutes from downtown gatlinburg. 7 minutes up mountain, but not a bad drive. Not much around, so youre best bet is to make your own food. This particular unit was very clean, but dated compared to other onsite properties. Was comfy and we enjoyed the view. If you're afraid of heights, the porch may be scary. No better view of the smokys and that was for sure.

This was an excellent place to stay with our family. We had an amazing Mountain View and it was easy to get to. We had a lot of great communication from the manager. It could use some simple cosmetic maintenance, but over all it’s great and we would stay again.

We had issue with door lock waited outside sometime around 15min to reset the password to enter the property, only one AC for the living room and bedroom the other bedroom has no AC, one nightstand was broken when we got there, after we left the management try to charge for it, even we had a video as evidence, so make sure you take pictures and video of the place if you needed for future reference. The location great, no noice, relaxing, great view from the balcony, parking front of the building. I really recommend and will visit again.

Definitely one of the best views of the smokies, very peaceful, wifi works well and the bed was very comfortable! Just 18 minutes from Gallinburg downtown and I think it is worth it the drive even though my car isn't AWD and I was afraid about the weather (I would never stay there in rainy or snowy days). I had issues to open the door with the code they sent me and my cellphone wasn't working (no connection), it would be much better if the had someone there to solve issues like that, thankfully my boyfriend could call them and ask for help. I would definitely go back there even thinking that they could make some improvements.

The overall property made the vacation enjoyable the only reason for the 3 is due to the communication I got from the property. My original reservation property got moved due to maintenance (no big deal), Lorenzo got it switched and even said that the property I’m getting in return was cheaper and they would refund the difference but when I was told to call the next day Diana/Tiana said that no refund was being processed that the room was price matched and she seemed rather rude/irritated over the phone so I didn’t argue as I didn’t want my vacation ruined.

Mountain view was spectacular. Cozy apartment. My boys loved that it felt like a cabin. Check and out process was simple and efficient. Near grocery store and mountain adventures. Couldn't be more picturesque.

Beautiful property but very poorly managed and total lack of communication. I had to call in with my debt card for incidentals and confirmed a two bedroom two bath but when we arrived 1 bedroom, 1 bed upstairs and a pull out couch with a tiny bathroom. We had two families so 4 adults and a 13 year old boy in a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo. We contacted the number given and couldnt do anything about it. Make sure to confirm your condo. Otherwise quiet and beautiful. The cleaning was subpar and ended up having to clean and lysol everything and my son still got sick. The pull out bed was a joke and absolutely awful. Also dont follow GPS unless its google maps. Also be cautious on the road driving up and down. Gaitlinburg was very busy but it was Christmas. Still plan to park and walk.

I had originally booked another unit that looked great online. The property management office called me a week prior to tell me the unit I had originally rented was under maintenance and the moved me to another unit. They called it an upgrade since it had 2 bedrooms (I only needed 1) but the unit may have been larger but was very rundown. It definitely did not look as nice as the one I booked, but then again I didn’t get to see that unit in person. The view of the mountains was amazing but I definitely would have booked a hotel instead of paying the price for the condo.

The unit was about 25 minutes from downtown gatlinburg. 7 minutes up mountain, but not a bad drive. Not much around, so youre best bet is to make your own food. This particular unit was very clean, but dated compared to other onsite properties. Was comfy and we enjoyed the view. If you're afraid of heights, the porch may be scary. No better view of the smokys and that was for sure.

Enjoyed our week stay at deer ridge resort . Property clean and well maintained. The view from our room amazing!! Quiet but also close to all activities. The small restaurant here also very good . Ate a great dinner and watched the sunset from the patio. Also saw 5 bears!

The place is nice—clean and cozy, with a bit of a musty smell but overall well-maintained. It’s a condo, and while the room itself is above average, the complex as a whole feels somewhat neglected (the pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, and outdoor heaters all look abandoned). There are no shops nearby, but the views definitely make up for it.

We had a great time. If you’re going to this area for more of the touristy things, this place is about 20-30 mins outside of the town, but it’s worth it for the view. We saw a mama and baby bear walking across the street nearby the first night we stayed. The rooms were clean and everything I needed to cook dinners was available in the room. Beds were a little hard but that’s the only complaint. We were in D304.

This place is nothing like the photos do not be deceived I’m sure some of the units are nice but the one we stayed in was dishusrinf I tried to remedy the situation by calling the host company who was of no help at all they offered “housekeeping” to maybe stop back and I said because it was a maintanence issue the carpet was terrible and dirty the couch also was dirty the decor was not what was pictured and very out of date the whole unit

Location was great, the view was great! Was a great space for two adults and one child, would be tight with 4 people though. Pool was nice, outside pool deck was beautiful for sunset. We would 100% stay here again. Far enough outside of town to feel majestic, close enough to still be a part of the action. Only real issue we had was not with the rental itself, but the property was literally tearing out the flooring above us at 11 pm at night. Trying to wind down our child while they vacuumed (at 10pm), a hassle. My husband went up to see what was going on, and saw them moving doors and taking out/in flooring. Moved her to our bed, but then they were tearing out the flooring above us until well after 11pm. That’s not acceptable, they should’ve been doing that earlier in the day. Constructive criticism: the bedroom needs more substance to it. A dresser, chair or something to put clothes on. ACTUAL night stands. The little shelves on the wall that were barely holding on were not substantial enough at all. I couldn’t put even my eye glasses on them because they are falling out of the wall.
