We arrived and there was a little bump in the booking but we managed to fix it. And after that it was just perfect. The staff was perfect and especially Kaya -the all around boy in the reception- was so good. He will be a good manager one day. The hotel has all inclusive which I did not know was in my booking. And normally it is awful but I must say: the food was really good and it was clean in the area. Good choice of drinking etc. and again: very nice staff. We downgraded us from a room with jacuzzi to a room whith balcony. A good choice. Overall including the incident at checkin it was perfect and I am already planing my next stay there.

convenient location of the hotel. across the road is the beautiful Cleopatra Beach. There are many shops and bars nearby. the hotel is big. the internal area is not big enough for such a hotel. food at the level of a three star hotel. there were days when there was a special dish on the menu. but in principle, the hotel is three stars. The reception staff is not friendly. no desire to go back again.

Hotel estupendo y muy bien situado. A dos pasos de la playa y en la calle principal por si quieres hacer compras. Comida buffet buena y variada. Personal agradable. Limpieza y aporte de botellas de agua diaria. Piscina en el propio hotel pero con poco número de hamacas, te levantes a la hora que te levantes, están ya todas ocupadas. Si quieres hamacas en la playa las tienes que pagar, parece que al hotel le hacen un descuento. Bar en la primera planta agradable fuera del ruido escandaloso de la piscina, que si bajasen el volumen sería de agradecer! La única pega que he encontrado en la habitación es que el colchón es extremadamente duro.
