I do not recommend staying here. I had booked two nights and paid online as I always do. Upon arriving the clerk said my card declined for the incidentals charge even though it went through booking the room online with the same card, so I ended up sleeping in a Walmart parking lot. My wife searched why it happened. She called the front desk and asked if she entered it in correctly because I had used it everywhere with no problems and I had a couple of thousands of dollars in it. She said she had but my wife called the bank and after I myself talked with the bank as well they immediately said the clerk had entered the wrong expiration date. We then asked for a total refund and complained to the booking agent which they did ask as well for me only to wait days for an answer which of course was No, they were not refunding my money. Being a repeat guest and being treated like this for their Mistake, I would never recommend this place to stay ever. You need to admit when you’re wrong and refund my money. I hope this review will help someone in the future. Update: They did end up refunding one night but again, it should have been two. I did nothing wrong.

Everyone was very accommodating and nice. Room was the best. Close to everything. Sorry to hear about breakfast no longer being served. I was able to cook in my room. Will definitely be back.

Disgusting room and horrible service. I booked online and choose to pay at the hotel, my wife called and informed them that we would be a very late arrival (4am) and were told that it was fine. Well they decided to charge my card without my permission, cancel my reservation and not inform me at all. When we arrived at 4am we were told our room was given away! I told them that we called and told them ahead of time to which I was told “oh we charge ahead of time to insure your coming for your stay”. The point of picking to pay at the hotel IS BECAUSE I WANT TO PAY AT THE HOTEL! There was no reason for the card to be charged ahead of time, then she tells me there is a 150 dollar hold for the stay, the hold was higher then the actual cost of the room! So we fix the reservation and go to the room, we find a bandaid on the floor, rice in the garbage disposal, mold on the pullout bed and old food on the top of the fridge, so we go back to lobby “ I’ll move your room” that’s it! That woman has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. No apology, no compensation, nothing. I wouldn’t ask anymore to stay here and we will not be coming back
