The exterior of Oak Tree Inn is not the best. It looks like there's only 1 manager and it seems she sleeps in her office. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. It's avery average hotel and worth $75 a night.

Roaches, dirty room, cats everywhere outside, price was different from what Expedia said once I got there. Checked out early and left couldn’t stay there anymore.

Had a room with jacuzzi. But… jets didn’t work. Hot water came out of the faucet brown in both the jacuzzi and the shower, bed was hard as a rock and had dirty linens on it, and the toilet had feces on the side. Overall HORRIBLE experience.

The jet tub was broken. The room smelled of smoke very bad. This was a smoke free room. The people upstairs from us were smokers and it came thru the vent system. The bathroom frame door was coming off the door. The door handle to the bathroom was just barely on the door. No screws to hold it in place. The tv did not work. We had to go to the staff twice before it got fixed. There was suppose to be internet. The internet did not work. There was dog food on the floor. We did not have a dog. There were several ladybugs in the room. When the people upstairs turned on the water, it was so loud that we could not have a conversation. It smelled terrible.
