Provo River Inn

A hotel , motel in a quiet area close to downtown, however a bit run down and neglected. Property was not well maintained, no pool no hot tub no ice no bkfst though advertised, great parking on a dead end sstreet. Not a great place for the money , they should pay you to stay there. All together the place was a good sleep ,quiet and what I needed,a single man’s home away from home

The room was uninviting, dark and dingy with the air conditioning unit noisy, bath faucet leaking, toilet paper holder coming off the wall, and key card quit working. Staff wouldn't accommodate a 2-hour early arrival. We left early, very disappointed.

The room was absolutely disgusting. If I could’ve found somewhere else I wouldn’t have stayed. Everywhere remotely close to where I needed to be was booked. The walls and ceiling had stuff splattered all over, I didn’t dare take my shoes off on the carpet, the drapes were torn and dirty, the fabric chair was filthy, the patio was filthy. The bathroom was filthy, the shower head was clogged and maybe had 3 things spraying, the tub had cleaner build up near the drain, the buttons to glue the toilet barely worked. the bathroom door was caked with dust and stuff, the walls were filthy. Thank god the AC worked, it was just extremely noisy. It woke me up multiple times throughout the night. The main door was filthy, none of the outside doors that used key cards locked. This could be the absolute cutest hotel with proper cleaning, repairs, and up grades. The staff was stiff. We asked for more towels and you would’ve thought it was the end of the world. It was crazy.

Hotel is nothing but false advertisement is in need of major repairs pool is shut down and has been there is no breakfast there is no ice machine the doors are not secure entering the building the rooms are dirty I found dried blood on my pillow and pillowcase so that tells me it wasn't changed wallpaper and paint is peeling the bathtubs need resurfaced curtains are awful walls are dirty carpet is dirty I personally booked it because of the breakfast it's non-existent avoid at all costs when you ask about the amenities that aren't available the staff is very rude also when they gave me my room it wasn't even finished being cleaned I had to hunt somebody down for towels and coffee this place is just a mess!! If a negative zero was possible that's what I would give it

Stains on the ceiling, two large towels, no hand towels. Food from the previous tenants of our room in the fridge. It was a cheap rate, but felt like a health hazard.
