There were No Towels for My Whole Stay, We asked Every Day (was told no towels) Hair & Band-aid in Shower Drain (shower couldn't drain) When We checked in the Gentleman at the counter said Breakfast was from 7:30-11am No! & Check out is 12pm No! I have stayed at many La Quinta Inns that were wonderful and properly managed. NOT THIS ONE!!! Front Desk person was NEVER visibly there. They hid in the back room. I had to yell and bang on the counter to get service. Elevator was shaking and made noises so we took stairs which were filthy. Not vacuumed once. Coffee was warm not hot, no covers for cups, no hot water for tea, counter dirty. Breakfast items were very weak, minimal. Much less than other hotels. My wifi was cut off early in the morning hours before checkout at 11am!!!. I asked front desk about it. I got gaslighted. Then it was turned on! I intend to contact corporate. These people don't care, do the minimum, no ambition or effort and management allows it and goes along with it. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

The place is alright the staff are friendly, and the food was decent. The issues I had with the place where it felt down. I don't know if it is because it was not the summer time, but the plants looked half dead. The pool looked a little dirty. Which was one of the reasons I picked the place. the elevator was scarry when stopping at a lever. where it would shake, and if you check in too early they charge you $25. I know they want good reviews, but I think the place needs some repairs. sorry.

Ok for one night but thought it was overpriced for the condition of the property. Ice machine wasn’t working the laundry facility there wasnt available, the hottest day in LA and lobby air wasn’t on because I saw windows open. Breakfast was very average. Off a busy street with lots of construction

The hotel is old and not in a great area. The room was absolutely filthy, dirt marks on the walls, ceiling, and furniture. Every piece of linen was stained or dirty, and it took awhile to get them replaced. We stayed here because of a basketball tournament for our son and this was the hotel the team selected. One of the absolute worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Would never stay here again or recommend to anyone.

This is the first time ever that I have stayed in La Quinta. And I wish I can attach photos. The over all feel of the hotel is filthy, outdated, broken, and very much neglected. From the time I’ve taken the elevator to the walk to my room, I felt like I was robbed. For the price of the room, the whole hotel is worst than a hostel and I have never stayed in one. The carpet was stained, smelled like wet dog, and filthy to say the list. The picture frame in my was cracked. The chair was broken. The flat iron didn’t work. The bathroom was filled with hair that wasn’t mine. I had to wear my shoes the entire time because when I wasn’t I stepped into something sticky and I almost threw up. I’ve asked the front desk for some trash liner and no one came. Granted I was only there for 1 night but I will never stay in a La Quinta ever again. YUCK!!!!

Came here with party of 4 (with kids). Asked for towels as they only gave us 2. Towels never came. Husband had to go downstairs to get them. Operator /front makes you think you’re them. Asked for the room to be cleaned, never cleaned it. There For 3 days. Lobby smells like dog pee. Horrible experience.

The carpet was disgusting and it smelled like pee. There was a lot of dog poop outside. There’s no grass in dog area and it smelled like pee really bad. The people staying next to us were super loud and kept slamming their door all hours of the night. The room was decent other than the nasty carpet. Probably won’t be staying there again.

The overall condition of the room was unacceptable and far below even basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Upon arrival, I noticed the carpets were extremely dirty, the sheets were old and stained, and the towels provided were worn out and clearly not fresh. The dresser was broken, and both the WiFi did not work at all during my stay. To make matters worse, when I requested clean towels, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. In particular, a staff member named Carmen was extremely rude and unprofessional, which added to the frustration of an already unpleasant experience.

Trying to be nice here, but the place was really dirty inside. The floors were dirty. The elevator had the same fries/food/sticky syrup on the floor. The entire two nights I was there, the stairwell, the room was dirty, and shower had dirt marks on it, the floor in the room was quite dirty. The bed, my daughter had to sleep in add yellowish stains on the sheets, dried liquid on the walls next to the bed, just one of the dirtiest places I have stayed before. I’m not a high-end guy, but they weren’t very many clean areas that I noticed. I will say both staff members that work there at night were very nice, and great communicators.

The hotel and room was very clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a little too firm. The lighting in the room and bathroom weren't very good. The breakfast was ok. Typically most hotel will have yogurt this one did not. The rooms are only cleaned every other day but ours wasn't cleaned until day 4. It's good for 1-2 day stay.

This is a great place to stay if you love to hear dogs barking all night, the smell of wet dogs and probably urine in the carpet. I should have paid attention better that this was a pet friendly hotel. Was woken up every night by multiple dogs barking.

We booked a premium room. The furniture was “updated” but in horrible condition, the linens were once white but full of stains. There was no seal on the bottom of the door, so every little noise from the hallway could be heard and vice versa. Despite requesting a crib in our booking and calling 2 hours before arrival, there was no crib when we arrived. And because only one person appeared to be working at the hotel, it took two trips to the front desk and about an hour before we were able to get one delivered to our room. Not impressed.

This was the only hotel close to my job site, the price of this hotel and what it offered did not match up, this was not a hotel I would bring my family to. The rooms aren't updated and the shower did not work well or the faucet in the bathroom sink. Toilets would not flush the first time, you can hear people in the rooms next to you, and the walls are very thin. AC hardly worked, no screens on the windows. The staff was not friendly or clean. The parking lot had a ton of trash in it. The Hot tub was disgusting looking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for what they charged per room. I could have stayed at a way nicer hotel for the same price or less.

Room was clean and spacious. A bit worn, but clean! Parking lot seemed quite safe. Somebody dumped their trash outside their car, but it was cleaned up next time I came by. Staff was kind and helpful. I used online check-in, so getting my keys was a breeze. I had requested a room near the lobby or elevator due to my disability, but was top floor, at the far end of the hallway. (No way I could've done 4 flights of stairs in an emergency.) BUT, that was my own fault for not double checking the location when I arrived. (Note: apparently nobody reads the special request part when booking online.)

Room was smelly. We Requested room service in morning & nothing was done. On top of that requested new towels since no room service was done the manager said they don’t have any clean towels. Breakfast was not great either

Stayed here for less than 6 hours. Got to our room at 11 pm, put in a room adjoining to a room with two large dogs. Both kept barking all night long. Owner did not keep them quiet, called, went to front desk…nothing was done. Had the joy of getting about 2 hours of sleep and listened to barking dogs all night long. Horrible that the staff could care less, including the manager of the hotel who was supposed to call me when he arrived at 7:30 am and didn’t. Horrible place, lacking customer service. Do not stay here.

Stay was temporary accommodations while house was under repair. Furnishings a little dated but hotel is very well maintained. Service by staff was superb. Full breakfast was delicious!

I have stayed at many La Quinta Inns that were wonderful and properly managed. NOT THIS ONE!!! Front Desk person was NEVER visibly there. They hid in the back room. I had to yell and bang on the counter to get service. Elevator was shaking and made noises so we took stairs which were filthy. Not vacuumed once. Coffee was warm not hot, no covers for cups, no hot water for tea, counter dirty. Breakfast items were very weak, minimal. Much less than other hotels. My wifi was cut off early in the morning hours before checkout at 11am!!!. I asked front desk about it. I got gaslighted. Then it was turned on! I intend to contact corporate. These people don't care, do the minimum, no ambition or effort and management allows it and goes along with it. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

After my checkout I received a text saying that my sheets and comforter had cigarette burns. I don't smoke so how was that possible. They charged me for it. The manager never call me after several requests to talk to him. It was very upsetting to get charged for something you didn't do.

Location is in a good area 🙏 Lots of nearby fast food. While it is a safe quiet night the hotel is comfortable and cozy. Service was great and parking was easy to use along with so many parking spots. I highly recommend if you are in the area. Thank You Staff For Having Me !!

Too close to the street. You can literally hear the cars go by. The elevator did not open on the first floor. You had to catch it on the 2nd floor to go up to the 4th. It worked going down. My bathroom mirror had a piece of the mirror broken off. Hallway smelled of weed throughout my stay for 2 days

Our room was clean, and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size to spread out our own toiletries. They do have Dove shower soap, shampoo and conditioner, although we used our own. The shower was pretty weak, but got hot quickly, so didn't waste a bunch of water. There was very little corridor noise, and being on the top floor there was no one above to hear walking around. Our biggest complaint was about breakfast offerings and the staff there. If you plan to go to the breakfast toward the later end, beware! We felt that we had to rush, but were not accommodated well. The lady doing most of the work there spoke very little English, and didn't understand my questions. A man who seemed to be overseeing things (but doing no work) had to intervene, but was no more helpful. The waffle batter cup sat in a pool of overflow, there was very little bread left and it was dry. There were overdone scrambled eggs, the hash browns were clumps of unappetizing potato. They had sausage patties, which were pretty good. There was almost no coffee and both of us got bubbly spatters in our cups, giving up trying to get more. There was only a sweet creamer offered, no plain cream, just that sweetened variety. So even though there was a good variety offered, most of it was sub-par. Most of the tables had not been wiped after others used them and they were dirty and sticky. We ate as quickly as possible, and found a coffee shop to enjoy our morning cup!

Great stay, clean and comfortable with friendly staff!! Wish the breakfast was better. Food had been sitting out for a long time. Maybe just over produced. Milk was on the warm side and the hot water and coffee were luke warm, didn’t cook my oatmeal

Everything was great except the carpet I n room felt sticky. Other than that it was a clean room. The breakfast was superb and dining area was very clean.

Place was pretty clean in the lobby and the rooms where pretty clean. Breakfast was not good only had eggs, potatoes,sausage & waffles. No yogurt or muffins or fresh fruit. They person was not on top of keeping things stocked. Food area wasn’t big enough.

We paid for early check in and went up and the room was still being cleaned. Housekeeping said would be another hour. Had to go back down stairs to be assigned another room. Strangers walked in to our room with a key. Front desk assigned same room to 2 people. Not even an apology. Super safety issue. None of the ice machines worked. Overflowing trash outside front door. Front desk staff was not friendly, seemed put off when you asked them anything. Horrible experience. Would not recommend.

Clean room but allowed to be very loud in the halls well past midnight, even with the front desk notified. They advertise "quiet night's sleep" but it was quite the opposite. Super frustrating since we had to get up at 5AM for my daughter's competition.

I stayed for one night only just to sleep. It did the job. Elevator smelled like someone was hotbox’n for an hour the stench of marijuana was strong, when I got in the elevator to go to my room. Slept for several hours till the next morning and on my way out it was still heavy. Staff was pleasant.

Well I stepped in to the elevator and my sandals glue to it. I looked down was very dirty like someone dropped juice or coffee on the floor. So when I pass through the reception, where is no one til you make noise and then someone show to talk to you. I told him about the elevator situation and left to smoke outside. When i came back to use elevator again it was worse as people were in and out of it. I don’t know when finally cleaned it but it was just ok clean. Also I asked for a bathroom towel and hours later I when to the reception to get it myself. TV remote control , be very patient with it or you will be stack on first channel that TV will show you. One more thing, room key, I don’t know what to tell you. So frustrated. And my night booking was $234.89. I wish I could have my money back

The coffee maker was broke, so no coffee provided in the lobby or at breakfast. She had to use the coffee maker in your room. We asked two or three times to have a chair for the desk in the room and it never happened. When you first arrived, they gave us a room that was never cleaned towels on the bathroom crumbs everywhere on the floor. There is no pool and from what I understood there was a hot tub, but there was really no Son and it was blocked by two walls, one of the neighbors and the wall of the hotel. It is privately owned and how they got their franchise. I’m not sure how that happens but the cleansing is not up to standards in some of the other La Quinta that we stayed in.
