Nice location. Quaint Spanish boutique hotel. No elevator. Swimming pool is not good. No parking nearby. No breakfast. Beautiful interior courtyard. Air-conditioned. Beds could be better.

We stayed in room 2, in the single bed next to the window, the mattress spring is squeaky, the bedding isn’t clean, I can see several short hair from previous people, on the fitted sheet and in between the bed cover and flat sheet. The shower head was too short and it leaks when you held by hand. Shower curtain was too short, doesn’t cover the shower from front to back, and water would spray out of shower stall because the shower head can only aim at back of shower wall. Sound proof is not great, can hear people talking and walking above and nearby. The room is spacious, location is great. 10 minutes walk to the balcon de europe. The roof top pool was good for cool down after a hot day. In room AC very comfortable. However, I wouldn’t stay again because of unclean bedding.

Basic, budget accommodation. Reasonably priced and a nice walk to restaurants and the ocean. It was nice to have a mini kitchen with bowls, spoons, etc. Small double bed vs a Queen sized in the main room. Parking was a bit tricky to figure out. Despite having a bar/restaurant below, we weren't bothered by any noise.

Nice compact studio apartment in the heart of Nerja. It has a rooftop terrace for some outdoor time/sun bathing etc. It is on a quiet street, very little traffic noise. Todo bien.

Proper appartement. Keuken en badkamer gedateerd. Prijs / kwaliteit meer dan goed. Plus punt zwembad op de bovenste verdieping mocht je hier gebruik van willen maken. Receptiemedewerkster zeer behulpzaam.

5 minutes walking distance to the centre. Restaurants and bars very near. Open air car parking at €1 was 6 minutes away, at the rear of the Mercadona supermercado . Do not use the Plaza España underground parking as it is hugely expensive . The apartment we had was clean and ok, but modernization is definitely needed.

Nice and really clean downtown hotel, yet on a quiet street. Swimming pool on the roof during wonderful hot weather. However, the hotel and rooms are in need of refurbishment. There was nothing wrong with that in itself that would have bothered us. No elevator.

I liked the location, easy access to shopping and bars/restaurants. Beach only 5 minutes walk. I didn’t like noise outside, traffic. We put out our clean room sign on our door, was ignored sometimes. This resulted in towels not as clean as wanted and we had to buy some toilet rolls due to us running out.

The apartment is in a convenient location and was clean and well equipped. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful and pre-arrival communication was excellent. The only negative is the noise - from fellow guests which reverberates around the central staircase, from the bar/restaurant underneath the apartments and from the pipework.

Pepe Mesa is perfectly situated for exploring Nerja and enjoying the beaches and bars. WElcomed by a lovely team on reception, rooms are clean and well-equipped. Plus there's a lovely roof terrace with views of the sea and mountains behind. Lovely stay! thank you!

Muy descuidado, no tiene ni una cortina para tener la ventana abierta y no estar “en mitad de la calle”, muy antiguo, necesita actualización, rehabilitación, sin posibilidad de ver los canales convencionales en la TV

Die Unterkunft und die Mäbilirung sind schon etwas älter aber noch funktionstüchtig. Das Personal war sehr nett und bei Fragen immer offen. Das Zimmer wird jeden Tag gereinigt und ist sehr geräumig. Wir hatten sogar einen kleinen Balkon.

Fantastic location, less than 5 mins walk to shops, bars and restaurants and the beach. Good air conditioning, comfy beds but the decor and furniture are a little dated (the fridge looked like something from the 70s and froze the water bottles) and the shower was not much more than a trickle. However, none of these were really an issue and will stop me returning!

The receptionist was polite and friendly. The interior is surprisingly big, with an MC Escher-like arrangement of floors, stairs and other spaces. The room was quite basic but perfectly adequate and inline with the prices, so good value for money. Bed was a little short for me (I'm 6 foot tall) but I slept well. It was a quiet inside the building, even though the small road outside is quite a busy thoroughfare. There's a nice tapas bar underneath too. It's only a short walk to the middle of town and Balcone de Europa. All in all, a pleasant stay.

El Restaurante de al lado que pertenece al alojamiento celebra los fines de semana eventos y se escucha mucho ruido y música con volumen alto. La recepción abre a las 11 hs lo cual me parece un poco tarde por si los que nos alojamos necesitamos comentar o solucionar algo antes de salir.

I love this place. It was my second time staying here and I had the best room, even if just for one night. The staff is super nice and helpful too. Location is excellent too, walkable distance to everywhere.

Die Unterkunft und die Mäbilirung sind schon etwas älter aber noch funktionstüchtig. Das Personal war sehr nett und bei Fragen immer offen. Das Zimmer wird jeden Tag gereinigt und ist sehr geräumig. Wir hatten sogar einen kleinen Balkon.

I liked the location, easy access to shopping and bars/restaurants. Beach only 5 minutes walk. I didn’t like noise outside, traffic. We put out our clean room sign on our door, was ignored sometimes. This resulted in towels not as clean as wanted and we had to buy some toilet rolls due to us running out.

Nice location. Quaint Spanish boutique hotel. No elevator. Swimming pool is not good. No parking nearby. No breakfast. Beautiful interior courtyard. Air-conditioned. Beds could be better.

Nice compact studio apartment in the heart of Nerja. It has a rooftop terrace for some outdoor time/sun bathing etc. It is on a quiet street, very little traffic noise. Todo bien.

Pepe Mesa is perfectly situated for exploring Nerja and enjoying the beaches and bars. WElcomed by a lovely team on reception, rooms are clean and well-equipped. Plus there's a lovely roof terrace with views of the sea and mountains behind. Lovely stay! thank you!

The receptionist was polite and friendly. The interior is surprisingly big, with an MC Escher-like arrangement of floors, stairs and other spaces. The room was quite basic but perfectly adequate and inline with the prices, so good value for money. Bed was a little short for me (I'm 6 foot tall) but I slept well. It was a quiet inside the building, even though the small road outside is quite a busy thoroughfare. There's a nice tapas bar underneath too. It's only a short walk to the middle of town and Balcone de Europa. All in all, a pleasant stay.

5 minutes walking distance to the centre. Restaurants and bars very near. Open air car parking at €1 was 6 minutes away, at the rear of the Mercadona supermercado . Do not use the Plaza España underground parking as it is hugely expensive . The apartment we had was clean and ok, but modernization is definitely needed.

The apartment is in a convenient location and was clean and well equipped. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful and pre-arrival communication was excellent. The only negative is the noise - from fellow guests which reverberates around the central staircase, from the bar/restaurant underneath the apartments and from the pipework.

El Restaurante de al lado que pertenece al alojamiento celebra los fines de semana eventos y se escucha mucho ruido y música con volumen alto. La recepción abre a las 11 hs lo cual me parece un poco tarde por si los que nos alojamos necesitamos comentar o solucionar algo antes de salir.

Basic, budget accommodation. Reasonably priced and a nice walk to restaurants and the ocean. It was nice to have a mini kitchen with bowls, spoons, etc. Small double bed vs a Queen sized in the main room. Parking was a bit tricky to figure out. Despite having a bar/restaurant below, we weren't bothered by any noise.

Loved the old Spanish building in the centre of town , great bar adjoining , only downside is the parking situation had to park in the municipal car park at €22 for 20 hours

Cold air conditioning, good location fairly centrally located between Burriana (biggest beach) and “Europe’s balcony”. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool was clean but small (6 person) but it felt great. The bar under the property was not rowdy or loud, and they were hosting a World Cup watch the party. We walked from the bus station to there mid-day, mostly down hill. Check in was a breeze. They let us keep our bags there (our room wasn’t quite ready, we had gotten there early. The property is beautiful. Lots of plants. Seems like it was converted apartment building. Marble floors and decorated with a lot of lovely plants. No elevator! (It seems like most of the people in Nerja are retired Europeans from Germany, France or the UK on Holiday). So plan accordingly, you’ll need to carry your bags up stairs. The rooms are perfectly fine. Very clean. It’s a little dated, but it’s nice to have a kitchen and cold AC.

I had originally booked as they had a pool listed only to find out they open in May. Check in process was concerning as they did not get back to me. I had to reach out to the virtual agent for follow up. The virtual agent then let me know that someone would be there at my check in time and provided their name. I had reached out to see if there was an iron and received no response. Some noise from bar below as mentioned and not too bad and is expected. However, as they were getting the pool ready for May opening, there was construction noise in the morning. Overall okay place for a few nights as it is centrally located. The room is somewhat dated and could use a refresh but for the price was reasonable. Great area and close to shops restaurants and beaches. Nerja was lovely and I'd like to visit again.
