It was a very clean and quiet place. All the kitchen utensils were provided, which was great since I cooked meals every day. There was a problem with the air conditioner, but it was resolved quickly. It's reassuring to know that they're easily accessible.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons été à notre chambre qui était déjà occupée par quelqu’un!! J’ai appelé la réception qui s’est excusé du malentendu et nous a donné une autre chambre, qui contenait dans la salle de bain un rasoir inconnu… L’air climatisée ne fonctionnait pas bien non plus.

The Positives: Location & Neighborhood: The property is located in a very beautiful and quiet area. Conveniently, there is a large supermarket nearby that provides all daily essentials. Transportation: The bus transit system is excellent, and the bus station is very close to the accommodation, making commuting incredibly easy. The Building & Studio: The building is brand new and quiet. The studio itself was wonderful, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Services & Communication: The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and communication with management was generally good and responsive. Negatives (Areas for Improvement): Room Service (Towels): There was a delay in replacing the towels; despite my request, they weren't changed for two days. However, on the second day, management contacted me, apologized politely, and provided instructions on how to get fresh towels. Ventilation System: I noticed food odors entering the studio through the ventilation/exhaust system, which seemed to be coming from one of the neighboring rooms. This is something that might need a maintenance check. Conclusion: The stay was excellent and comfortable, and I highly recommend it. The minor issues encountered were handled professionally and politely by management, and I would definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a wonderful experience! Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious for the two of us. The hotel was just a short drive from Old Québec (we even walked), and there were several great restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return on a future trip!
